"We got in HPVS to service our two heat pumps. The office was easy to deal with and book in. The guy arrived on time and was well prepared. He took off the exterior covers and gave them a good cleaning. Did a thorough job, tidied up afterwards. Result is our heat pumps are working well, in tip top condition. Very professional, we would use again and recommend."

The servicepeople arrived when they said they would, they were pleasant, they were assiduous about keeping all areas clean and communicated well when we needed to make a choice. "What great service! Our heat pump was in need of a service, when I received a phone call asking if we would be interested in a service.... An appointment was organised over the phone, in a efficient & friendly manner. On the day, Stan called to confirm time & arrived at that time, the service of the heat pump was completed to a very high standard and Stan gave me great advise that was easy to understand. Nov/Dec is a stressful time of the year for myself/family & Stan/team made completing this job, stress free.. "Stan and the team were great. I thought I had a major problem with my heat pump, it started to make a strange sound on the weekend. Stan came and gave it a service, and while doing so there was no strange noise. He showed up exactly on time, and was on the job for about 1 hour 15 minutes. He told me I need not leave the heat pump on all the time. Only from March to October, then turn off for the summer months. It saves power when left on. I would never be without a heat pump now that I have experienced one. No one should be without one."

"V ery good! I loved the service. Stan gave me lots of practical and useful advice. Not just on heat pump, but on the whole heat pump industry and how it works, etc. I had motor issue with my heat pumps and they made lots of noise for a long time. Thanks to Stan, now they are very quiet like brand new! Extemely happy and I will recommend his service to anyone who needs heat pump servicing or new heat pump installation. The service was very thorough, carefully completed with an explanation of what was being done every step of the way. Stan took me through the recommended settings and explained everything in clear and simple terms. This service was fast and friendly, and I highly recommend their services to anyone with a heat pump wanting a checkup or any other issue - I have no doubt that you will be as impressed as I was. "I am happy to recommend this business. Stan worked quickly and was very tidy with dropsheets being used over our carpets. At the end of the servicing he briefed us about filters and the ways to improve the heat outputs from our two heat pumps. He talked to us about the bill and explained all costs and emailed the bill before he left - no surprises, very reasonable. We already notice an improvement in airflow and the air no longer has a smell about it. Well done!"
