    "This place is horrible my heat pump has been scheduled for nearly a year. First visit they had issues with where to put it.
    Second visit they never showed up
    Third visit they drilled holes in my wall then didnt install it and while they were here talked about how i must be a snob because of the area i live in, then made jokes about how my place is small also left my place extremely messy with tiny screws al over which my fur babies could eat.
    Fourth visit they never showed up. They said they… text me but they didnt nor did they call to reiterate it had been moved nor did they respond to my multiple emails that were sent in the time frame. I left waiting for another visit while i still have multiple holes in the wall from the other visit. There is no communication at all and the contractors are super un professional .. cant wait to hear their lame excuse for the next visit. Seriously avoid this embarrassment of a company. I should invoice them for the amount of time iv had to take of work for this    "

    "We had a Daikin heating floor console installed on 8th June. It performed admirably until 24th July when it blew the circuit breaker switch. Their electrician called 28/7 but could not identify nor rectify the fault. Over 2 weeks later, we were told the unit would be replaced under the warranty. This was scheduled for 20th August but lockdown to Level 4 cancelled that. All this time we were required to constantly phone or email them to find out what was going on & when our unit would be… operating again. Their customer service & communication is poor & needs much attention & improvement. However, their contractors who do the work are first class guys & we could not fault them."

    "I cannot thank these guys enough for a job well done.
    We had been procrastinating for a long time about installing a heat pump and now I wish we had done it years ago.

    We got quotes from several heat pump installers and these guys were not the cheapest (they were about mid price range) but from what I learnt during the exercise I ascertained they knew what they were talking about and they stood out with their professionalism.
    We were advised to instal the Daikin 6kw FTXV50U. They called us… to say they had a week earlier appointment to what we had booked and turned up as promised on the day. A complete team. They moved in and got to work. Everyone had a job to do and they got on with it. We were kept informed every step of the way and at the end shown how to run the pump efficiently. They tidied up where they had to remove trellis etc so you could not see where they had been. They were polite, efficient and professional but friendly.

    We have been using the pump for a couple of weeks and it is perfect. Its performance and effectiveness is outstanding. It is simple to operate too, which is a bonus. I could not be happier with the team and the heat pump. Thanks so much guys for an outstanding job.    "

    "Thomas was supposed to scope our property/driveway to determine what lift they needed to get onto the roof to repair our unit. He obviously didn't as the lift that arrived was no way going to get down our driveway, when the guys arrived they laughed, but they tried in vain for hours trying to get it down. Finally realising that wasn't going to work, a new lift was hired... a ridiculously large one, much larger than needed, if Thomas actually came and looked at the property (like he said he… would twice) a suitable lift could have been hired and saved EVERYONE a whole lot of time and money.

    More hours were wasted getting this one down the driveway with them trying to figure out how to actually raise the lift. The guys managed to finally get on the roof, and said there was nothing wrong with the unit, came back into check the temperature still wasn't working (multiple times), finally said they "reset" something and it started working temporarily.

    It stopped working shortly after they left, no one could tell me what could possibly be wrong, what might need replacing. Thomas said more investigations would be needed... $800 a pop? Just to tell me absolutely nothing and leave my unit in the same state that it was in... I agree that our unit is difficult to access, but that didn't warrant this type of service, a whole day completely wasted - bringing this up with Thomas, he just started raising his voice. Absolutely incompetent, disgusting service. Choose anyone else, you couldn't get worse service.    "

    "Installed a AirTouch3 controller about 2 yes ago. Had nothing but issues with it. Said they’ll be here to swap out the unit and have never turned up despite numerous texts and discussions. Thomas needs to work on his customer service skills. "

    "I don't normally write reviews but I selected this company due to the excellent reviews on no cowboys. The quote was fair and compared equally with other quotes I had received. The installation however was another matter. I have had issues with timely communication of rescheduling and an incompetent installer (I have since been informed that this person no longer works for the company). I was left with the external unit entry to the house not sealed fully and the unit positioned incorrectly… to enable sealing. I had to be insistent and follow up repeatedly to get this situation resolved quickly due to concerns around weather tightness. Once the company finally understood the severity of the issue they were great at sending out two different installers to correct the installation. I do have a good unit but it was a stressful experience."

    "We had been thinking about getting a heat pump for ages but didn\'t know who to use. Found the Heat Pump Guys via Google and thought I\'d give them a go as they dealt with all different makes and could also advise us with regards to us already having a home ventilation system and how the two would work together.
    Lloyd visited us promptly and was friendly and helpful. He had a range of brochures for us to mull over but also gave his recommendations based on our personal requirements. I can say… with certainty that if we\'d bought the heat pump at the local DIY and had it fitted ourselves, it would not have been put in the correct place so we are glad for that advice alone.

    The quote cost us nothing and he left us to have a think about things.

    We booked for them to come out a week later and do the installation. The two guys that did the fitting were great. They were punctual, friendly, tidy and gave a lot of consideration to what would look best with the exterior piping etc. which we appreciated. It\'s the little things like removing shoes at the front door and and their eye for detail that all added up to a great service. The electrician they used was also friendly, tidy and efficient. Everything went like clockwork with minimum disruption.

    I would happily recommend this company.
