Second visit they never showed up
Third visit they drilled holes in my wall then didnt install it and while they were here talked about how i must be a snob because of the area i live in, then made jokes about how my place is small also left my place extremely messy with tiny screws al over which my fur babies could eat.
Fourth visit they never showed up. They said they… text me but they didnt nor did they call to reiterate it had been moved nor did they respond to my multiple emails that were sent in the time frame. I left waiting for another visit while i still have multiple holes in the wall from the other visit. There is no communication at all and the contractors are super un professional .. cant wait to hear their lame excuse for the next visit. Seriously avoid this embarrassment of a company. I should invoice them for the amount of time iv had to take of work for this"
