His quote arrived later that day and we accepted. His communication was superb and he arrived on the time he said. Wolfgang… is one of the tidiest trades persons we have come across, drop sheets on the floor and he totally cleaned up when he finished. He set up and made sure we understood how to use the wifi and heat pump App on our phones. 100%"Wolfgang replaced our 13 year old heat pump with a modern version, and was able to source one for us when there were long waiting lists due to covid etc. He did a totally professional job of installation. Meticulous in his measurement, checking of all connections, and was able to use the existing ducting which was great for us, as it was in the wall of the house. He cleaned up all his own mess, took away the old heat pump the day he installed the new one, and explained fully how to operate it… and care for it. We used a local tradesperson and were very satisfied. I recommend him highly.
