"Heatwell came recommended by my electrician. This unfortunately proved to be a big mistake. I wish I had used warmup who was my orginal choice. I sent out a detailed instruction in an email and plan of the work I wanted undertaken for a quote. We went overseas for a holiday so were not home to oversea the work as such. Everyone else in the chain of having this work done had done an excellent job and had done exactly as we had asked. However heatwell managed to bugger it up. They didnt put heating in the shower area as I had specifically asked for. Its a shame as this area is cold and as only half the bathroom floor area has been heated it takes longer to also heat the entire bathroom.. It is a mistake that once done cannot be corrected so we now have to live with this mistake for ever in a day. I would recommend to use warmup as i was told by my builder he had no issues with using them in the past, and they often tiled shower areas without having any problems. You only get one chance at this so use someone that actually knows what they are doing."

"Ashley Hill was a total pleasure to deal with and did an excellent job of the underfloor heating in our three bathrooms. You get more than what you pay for dealing with Ashley and all the products used are of top quality, the wires are all laid and sealed uniform so you get even heat and no cold spots.
Also the costing for the job was very competitive, could not of got a better company to deal with and he has many years of experience as he has also been in the electrical trade for many years.
I thing Ashley was one of the original specialists in this field when it started here in NZ.

"Heatwell quoted quickly for the job. Their quote was reasonable and received shortly after they first visited the site. They then completed the job quickly and to a high standard. Carpet uplifted and relaied well. Instructions on use of the product and over all communication were great. The undercarpet heating works as well as expected and after sales check in by Ashley was appreciated.
I will happily use this company again."

"Professional from first contact and reliable!
I had a few issues that needing sorting about the existing old concrete floor and old underfloor heating which was all handled very efficiently. Clean and courteous workers! I trust that the heating will perform well when put to test this winter :) I cannot judge value for money question here as they were the only company I could get quote and job done with.... but I‘ll answer as otherwise cannot submit the survey...."
