We did a major renovation to our house which was built in the 1980s and Kelvin, was kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, and even great with our young kids. He made sure to explain everything to us and his service was cost effective, fast, courteous and definitely solved a major plumbing issue we had with a old hot water cylinder that was cutting our power to the kitchen ! The previous installer was stumped by less common cartridge type in the shower mixer, and after mucking around and racking up a high labour cost, then told me he couldn't finish the job. I brought in Kelvin and he sorted everything out in a few hours. 98%"Kelvin was enthusiastic about doing my job even though we had not met or done business before - he was recommended by my electrician- and arrived on time, in fact earlier, at the arranged time to fit a new dishwasher into an old flat for the first time.
He got straight into the job despite it being rather unorthodox and showed he knew his stuff. He also helped me with a panel I needed to place alongside the washer, even though it meant we had to pull the dishwasher out again and adjust the… pipes. Kelvin wanted to clean up but I pushed him out.
His account was not excessive considering he had to buy the material on the way to the job.
I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again.

He advised he would come to fix it if he could finish his current work earlier. He came in an hour and fixed the leak. The whole work was done very professionally. 100%"Our big renovation included adding a bathroom, renovating our current bathroom, moving the hot water cylinder, moving and adding another hose tap and a completely new kitchen and laundry room. This was a massive job.
I contacted Kelvin to do up a quote - he sat down with me and went through the quote and the scope of work. We were happy and asked him to do the job. Immediately he closed off the old pipes so builders can get started.
Clean finish, tidy work on the waste pipes and water pipes… in the ceiling and under the house. He was fast, efficient and had high standards of his work. He kept me informed the whole way and always communicated whether it was small or big.
Very knowledgeable, professional and a nice guy who looked after us with our renovation.

100%"We had a 500L water tank that collects rain water from roof. Because there is no pump we can only use manually to water the garden. I had been searching for someone who has some knowledge of the rain water tank and pumps for some time because of the position of the water tank and the layout of the house. Kelvin came with a good and practical solution. Kelvin did a good job installing the pump and connectors, also made sure i understood how to prevent the tank from drying out causing the cut off… the pump. I can now use rainwater to water garden easily, even better, i can use it to water blaster my pavement deck and car etc. Very happy with the result.
