"Mic or Michael Daly is the most unethical person I have ever met. He boasts about the number of times he has been made bankrupt. In my experience he does not honour his agreements or pay his debts. Do not lose your money!
He has appeared on Fair Go for his dodgy practices. You take a big risk when you do any business with Highway House Movers also known as The House Warehouse Ltd. This man does not operate with integrity. "

"Unfortunately we had to use this company due to time constraints and have regretted it ever since. house was moved OK, but reinstatement was very poor and we had to spend thousands of dollars fixing up the mess left behind. the 'builders' didn't enven no how to palce the piles correctly and i ended up showing them what to do."

"Absolutely worst experience. We paid a significant deposit to Mick to deliever a house to our site. He did one site visit and then stopped correspondence. We then tried desperately to first get our house delievered and then get our deposit back. We then had to take him to small claims court, a case which went in our favour. He then still refused to return our money until we started the process of liquidating his company. DO NOT USE HIS COMPANY."

"Our house was delivered last week and we are very happy. Highway House Movers rang a month ago to say they had a house that would suit our family and budget. They gave me a price which I accepted and kept me informed about when it would be shifted. They did a site inspection, helped organize a building report, insurance and work through any questions I had. Best of all after marking out the aspect I wanted the house to sit like. Drove it up and delivered it exactly to the spot without any… having to wriggle it back and forth. Was amazing to watch. We are very happy with their service."

"Purchased a house from them to be moved onto our rural section. They were very helpful with the full process - they completed a site inspection to see what was best suited and then worked with us to find the best option for us. Delivery of the house was very exciting and we are thrilled. Also worked out much cheaper than other options. Definitely recommend. "

"This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. we have already heard terrible things about this company, yet we decided to try this company because they were so keen on working with us. Firstly, they started off being keen and tells us that they want to help us remove our house. They even made a contract to finish the house removal in a month after receiving the asbesto report. I emailed them 2 weeks ago, telling them about what the council has said about the asbestos, but they did… not reply. I called them numerous times (nearly everyday) but yet they only text back saying "am busy" and "am driving" and do not pick up their calls. Earlier today, I received an email saying that they will withdraw the contract as they do not have enough information about the asbesto. WOW. All this wasted time and effort. I believe that the only reason they withdrew the contract is because they are simply "too busy" (which they said nearly everyday). The worst part was that they didn't keep us updated with the process, which makes the process so frustrating. why would you start a business deal with someone if you cant handle the workload. FALSE PROMISES, I believe they wouldn't have finished the house removal in a month, like they promised anyways. Do not ever conduct business with them. I have been warned about this company, but due to convenience, I went forward with them. Now I warn you all, not to ever trust this company, such rude and shady company. No price is worth the hassle."

"Mick Daly was simply asked to inspect a Chapel and give us a quote to shift it to Hamilton. Instead he wanted it for himself!! This is a serious breach of trust and fidelity and has put us into a position where we were unable to negotiate. Times are hard he says! Very psss\'d off with this company."

"Due to the remote nature of the job Highway House movers were required to stay on the property for a duration of 3 days.During this time they behaved in a thoroughly professional,courteous and respectful manner.They completed the job to a high degree and went out of their way to insure that we as customers were happy and satisfied with the work completed."
