"Arden-Lee,
Removed existing drainage coil that was no longer working which only can noticeable after the 2023 floods. He removed the existing drainage coil and dug new trenches to fall towards a new catchpit
Placing additional drainage coil along the front of the house. Back filled trenches with 25/7 scoria. Removed all soil and cleaned up after completion of work. It is working well after the rain we have had over the last few days. He will come back latter in the year to lay top soil and grass. I would recommend him."

"My 110m gravel drive down from the road then up to the house, had been left unattended for at least 8 years, since my husband died in 2015. It wasn’t a problem for my small car, or courier vans, until the Auckland anniversary weekend 2023 floods, when the wheel tracks were scoured out to a depth of about 200mm from the amount of water running off from the house as well as from the road. Arden-Lee widened the drive back to about 2.6m of overall 3.6m width and also removed the uplift spoil from the centre, about 12T. He then supplied and spread with a small digger, about 20T of mostly GAP20, shaping it with a new centre crown to aid drainage in the re-established gutters. At all times he was a very good communicator and worked alone with only the machinery noise as company - no radio or music. The driveway is now usable by all forms of transport once more and I am very pleased with the result."

"Arden-lee did an excellent job flattening our front yard and removing the clay at a price well below other quotes I’d had. That was all he was asked to do but I came home from work to find he’d spent a bit more time levelling it, locating where my drainage pipes were, and partially digging the channel for my new drainage. And he cleaned up afterwards.

I highly recommend Arden to anyone needing his services and he’ll be the first person I call when I need them again."
