"From our very first interaction with Hot Water Plumbing Paul was a joy to deal with. He was totally professional with fantastic customer service and great communication. He came for a thorough site visit ahead of quoting and went the extra mile to figure out why we were experiencing water hammer in our pipes.

Paul really knows his stuff and had great advice about the right water cylinder for us even bearing in mind that cost was an issue. As well as successfully installing a new outdoor water cylinder he also removed our old indoor one leaving both areas super tidy. In addition to this Paul also solved the water hammer noise issue by installing a no return valve. I can highly recommend Paul. We have had a few contractors do work on our house recently and have experienced a number of issues. Paul however delivered exceptional service and delivered even more than promised. "Paul the plumber at AllPoints Plumbing would be the most professional and courteous tradesmen I have ever met. I had a failure with a gas hot water cylinder that left us without hot water for a period of four days or so. I had tried repeatedly to contact one of the big names in replacement gas cylinder market and hadn’t heard a thing. Then, having put an inquiry into their website I had an instant response back from Paul. He made a special trip to check out the job, and was back the very next day to do the install. "I had my water tank replaced and a new one installed about 5 years ago by AllPoints plumbers and the job was well done. Recently(this year)I needed a water leak in the bathroom fixed(Tom) and the toilet replaced and fixed(Paul). I found the whole team efficient and professional in their attitude towards me from Natasha(secretary)whose customer service was excellent, to Tom and Paul whose work was of top quality and whose professionalism was top notch, they explained what needed to be done and then explained what they will be doing and wasted no time in doing the work. They even cleaned up and took away the bits and pieces. It’s hard finding tradesmen that are trustworthy and do good work( and there is no problems afterwards)and whose rates are so reasonable and that is why they will now be my plumbers if I need any work done in the future."

"I was having new benchtops including a sink and new gas hob installed. I needed a plumber gasfitter at short notice to work in with the benchtop installers. "We wanted to switch our hot water to mains as we were renovating our bathroom. We'd had a few quotes from different firms and cylinder companies, then read a review wishing they wished they'd approached a plumber directly. After doing a bit of research, I came across Allpoints plumbing and their great reviews so gave them a call. Paul was the only one who asked if he could come out and have a look at our place before quoting and in a few days, he'd been and gone. He was friendly, professional and gave suggestions to help ensure that it all worked as well as possible once installed. Once we decided to go ahead Paul organised the job quickly and teed up an electrician and the guys that came to do the job and electrician were great all round. Paul came back the next day and checked the hot water temperature and adjusted it as needed, just brilliant service and follow up. "We had an issue with both toilets in our new home. Paul came out on the same day and was efficient and courteous, and diagnosed the issue; explaining to me exactly what was wrong. He sent Tom to complete the work once we had agreed on one of the options he gave to us. Tom was polite, did a good job, and left both bathrooms clean and tidy once he had finished.
