    "Shane said he could replace the shower the next week & he gave me a price. The next week came & I had to chase him to get a date/time. Job done in under an hour & looks good. When I asked for specifics on what he'd done he just said "yeah, yeah, its fine". When I got the invoice it was what he quoted plus a $25 "fee". I emailed and politely asked what the fee was but received no reply. In the end I couldn't be bothered with the hassle and just paid the… invoice."
