85%"We found the team from iMPACT movers very professional and worked very hard so that everything for us went like clockwork and actually really had no worries during the move to an apartment on the 3rd floor. This meant that everything was either transported by the lift or that very fit team used the stairs. The packing was very good and efficiently completed.

They were so professional, from coming around and quoting the job right through to the shifting and they were careful and followed my wife's requirements. the beds we wrapped and things were put into the right place, right down to even the washing machine and dryer was all hooked up ready to go. ( unlike another company we contacted here in New Plymouth who didn't eve want to take… the time to come and quote the job for us, they just guessed) This was a fantastic job guys and we will be telling every one we know to contact you for their shifting needs. 100%"Impact Movers gave me the best quote for my move from New Plymouth to Nelson. Communication was courteous, quick and efficient. The truck arrived at the appointed time, loading was done carefully and methodically. I drove down in my own car and met the truck at my new house in Nelson as they were unloading it. Every box was placed in the right place in such a way that I can access what I need, the furniture was placed in the place where you may expect tables and chairs to go, beds were… assembled and the washing machine connected and tried out for leaks, of which there were none. Nothing was broken.

I had moved myself already but packed my house and they came to collect it, managed everything for me so smoothly and it made the shift amazingly easy. 100%"Shifting had the possibility of being scary, but we got up early and then Caleb phoned to say he was about 10 minutes away then they arrived in time. He had a helper with him and we started loading the truck. The big furniture was taken out, then the many pre-packed boxes and finally when we thought there was no room left in the truck, I was asked how many of my pot plants I needed to go - amazing so several of my favourite pot plants were taken.

100%"We bought a table off Trade me and had to get it moved from Inglewood to AKL. We got some quotes from various companies and felt rather alarmed at the costs we thought we would have to pay. We chanced upon Impact movers and while we know that the cheapest isn't always the best, in this case it was. 100%"I used Impact Movers to pick up a lounge suite that I'd brought on Trade Me. We live in Otaki and it had to be picked up in Christchurch. Once I'd rung them they picked it up the next day and they had it up to me the day after that. I ran around for a few quotes. They were 1/3 cheaper than the other transport companies. Most trucks don't come up our driveway because of the trees, and the guys that dropped it off were really helpful and polite and all the way through from picking it up to… delivering it, they let me know what was happening. I would really recommend them. What we do
Our drivers and staff are qualified friendly professionals who take great care to ensure a positive impact on your move.
• We provide professional door to door service nationwide.
• We provide you with a professional and experienced driver and loaders.
• We do all the loading and unloading for you.
• We provide you with a vehicle equipped with hand trolleys, furniture blankets, tape and straps to protect your contents and eliminate any movement during transit.
• We wrap and strap all your furniture to eliminate transit damage.
• We provide free transit insurance quotes on request.
• We provide packaging supplies at an affordable price (News print, cartons, bubble wrap, mattress/base covers).
• We provide you with a stress free move guaranteed.
For our local moves, we are able to provide you with a free on-site quote to give you a rough estimate of how much your move may cost. Just let us know so we can call you to arrange a date and time.
• Standard relocation rate is $160.00 per hour GST inclusive for a truck and three movers.
• For larger moves our rate is $200.00 per hour GST inclusive for a truck and four movers.
Packaging supplies and service rates as below:
• We provide Taranaki customers packaging services (3 x packers and all packaging supplies included @ $160.00 per hour GST inclusive).
• We provide packaging supplies at an affordable price (Newsprint, cartons, bubble wrap, mattress/base covers).
