    "I can’t recommend Impact Movers enough. They are not the cheapest but they are by far worth every cent. They were respectable of us and our possessions. Nothing was broken.     "Had a 3 seater couch and a 2 seater delivered. The first thing that is said to me is I hope you have some people to help carry these in... the 2 men were in much of a hurry they did not really care. They decided to take the 3 seater out of its box (left cardboard on grass) then put couch up on deck railing to then change its way and standing up on the end to get it in. They then just pushed the 2 seating in door in its box and left. I did not sign anything to say I got product ect.

    When we… checked the 3 seater we noticed it was damaged. We rung store we got it from They said sorry and they would order us a new one and get it delivered asap.

    Then the delivery man turns up at our house saying we said he damaged the couch and wanted to see it we showed him to which he said "it will be like that on both sides" to which I said no and went to show him the photos I had taken to him being very dismissive. Then he continued to tell us that there is no way we will be able to get another couch in this house. I said I disagree as we got a side by side fridge freezer in and tried to tell him how. To which he said "now she's telling me how to do my job after me doing it for 20 years" I was very upset by the way he came in and now disrespecting me so I asked him to leave while he continues being rude I then said leave my house I will talk to the company where I got couch from he left say "poor them and poor you:.

    While I was ringing the store a lady from the car then comes to the door while on the phone to ask what happened she was not that interested in what we said about how we were upset by the way the driver talked to us.

    The company I got the couch from did not ask them to come and check so this was not necessary for me to me disrespected in my own house. I would not use this company for anything if this is how they talked to there customers.    "

    "Superior 5 Start Service --scheduling was same day for a local move. The crew was right on time, were extremely careful with all the items while working swiftly and efficiently. There were some very heavy and awkward pieces that had to be maneuvered up a tight staircase, and they pulled it off--which was a small miracle.

    Despite the hard, heavy work, they kept their sense of humour and were just great guys all around. I can't recommend them highly enough--just a first rate service. "

    "We found the team from iMPACT movers very professional and worked very hard so that everything for us went like clockwork and actually really had no worries during the move to an apartment on the 3rd floor. This meant that everything was either transported by the lift or that very fit team used the stairs. The packing was very good and efficiently completed.
    The next day they collected so many boxes and paper used that it was a relief so we could have some space and see what`s what!… Would recommend this company and it was a pleasure to work with them.    "

    "If any one wants to get movers in to do a job for them. Please never go any where else other than Impact Movers. They were so professional, from coming around and quoting the job right through to the shifting and they were careful and followed my wife's requirements. the beds we wrapped and things were put into the right place, right down to even the washing machine and dryer was all hooked up ready to go. ( unlike another company we contacted here in New Plymouth who didn't eve want to take… the time to come and quote the job for us, they just guessed) This was a fantastic job guys and we will be telling every one we know to contact you for their shifting needs.     "Excellent service - Caleb and his team did an excellent job packing and moving all of our belongings in Taranaki and relocating them to Canterbury. A very efficient and friendly team, they went out of their way to make sure that the move was as easy as possible for my wife and I. Caleb even offered to pick-up a dryer and freezer that we had purchased from a retail outlet in Taranaki and loaded these into the truck before they headed south. 'He said he could pick up my items the following morning at 8am for delivery in the South Island the following day.     "Impact Movers gave me the best quote for my move from New Plymouth to Nelson. Communication was courteous, quick and efficient. The truck arrived at the appointed time, loading was done carefully and methodically. I drove down in my own car and met the truck at my new house in Nelson as they were unloading it. Every box was placed in the right place in such a way that I can access what I need, the furniture was placed in the place where you may expect tables and chairs to go, beds were… assembled and the washing machine connected and tried out for leaks, of which there were none. Nothing was broken.

    "Shifting had the possibility of being scary, but we got up early and then Caleb phoned to say he was about 10 minutes away then they arrived in time. He had a helper with him and we started loading the truck. The big furniture was taken out, then the many pre-packed boxes and finally when we thought there was no room left in the truck, I was asked how many of my pot plants I needed to go - amazing so several of my favourite pot plants were taken.
    I fully endorse this company and would use… them again if I had to shift again. Any questions I had were happily answered by Ema ( or she never made me feel that my questions were a nuisance)    "

    "I used Impact Movers to pick up a lounge suite that I'd brought on Trade Me. We live in Otaki and it had to be picked up in Christchurch. Once I'd rung them they picked it up the next day and they had it up to me the day after that. I ran around for a few quotes. They were 1/3 cheaper than the other transport companies. Most trucks don't come up our driveway because of the trees, and the guys that dropped it off were really helpful and polite and all the way through from picking it up to… delivering it, they let me know what was happening. I would really recommend them. They were professional and easy to deal with."
