When we… checked the 3 seater we noticed it was damaged. We rung store we got it from They said sorry and they would order us a new one and get it delivered asap.
Then the delivery man turns up at our house saying we said he damaged the couch and wanted to see it we showed him to which he said "it will be like that on both sides" to which I said no and went to show him the photos I had taken to him being very dismissive. Then he continued to tell us that there is no way we will be able to get another couch in this house. I said I disagree as we got a side by side fridge freezer in and tried to tell him how. To which he said "now she's telling me how to do my job after me doing it for 20 years" I was very upset by the way he came in and now disrespecting me so I asked him to leave while he continues being rude I then said leave my house I will talk to the company where I got couch from he left say "poor them and poor you:.
While I was ringing the store a lady from the car then comes to the door while on the phone to ask what happened she was not that interested in what we said about how we were upset by the way the driver talked to us.
The company I got the couch from did not ask them to come and check so this was not necessary for me to me disrespected in my own house. I would not use this company for anything if this is how they talked to there customers.
Better still was the fact I was Impact's 6000th customer and received the service for free!! I will certainly use Impact again and have recommended them to family & friends.
