They were also very kind enough and were flexible to reschedule the work due to circumstances beyond our control. What really made this team stand-out was they took the time to understand the full requirements of the roof replacement and ensured all of the work followed through (incl. painting the barge boards, cladding, new spouting install, etc.,). "Great communication and service. Our job request was responded to quickly and a site visit was quickly arranged. A work plan was produced promptly and was accepted. Although they were busy and the weather was poor, they came over a fitted a tarpaulin to our roof, which reassured us and kept the water out. Once the weather cleared and they had the clear days they needed, the work was completed on time, without fuss and with no mess. All the staff we met were professional and did a great job."

"A leak in a skylight in a stairwell at my home developed as result of the January 2023 storms. The house has a high stud and access to the skylight was awkward as a result. In 2023, I tried engaging several skylight installers to replace the skylight and made no progress. I knew scaffolding would be required, but several told me the job could be done without scaffolding. None of these people fronted up to do the job. I found Impact Roofing through a google search. They came and inspected the skylight. The price estimate was provided promptly and included scaffolding and repair to the interior surrounds. In other words, they provided a complete service which meant I did not have to separately engage a builder and painter. This was a significant benefit to me. The communication was good.
It was several months before the work could be undertaken by Impact Roofing due to other work commitments. This was a little frustrating.
However, a start date was given and met. The exterior scaffolding was erected, skylight replaced and then scaffolding moved into interior of stair well. Repair and repainting work started soon after. All up, project finished in just over 3 weeks with minimal disruption.
Communication was very good, as was monitoring of works by the Impact Roofing team of their contractors.
Would happily engage Impact Roofing again and recommend them to others."

"I had my roof redone recently by Mitch and his team, there was big time pressure as I decided to get it done quite last minute and I was 36 weeks pregnant. From the when Mitch came around the first time to quote me to the end his communication was incredible. I know they were busy with other jobs but he promised me he would be able to get the roof done as quick as possible before baby's arrival and he delivered on that. There was no stress through the process he organized absolutely everything and only contacted me to let me know timings or anything else I needed to know keeping my involvement super minimal which I loved as I had a lot on my plate. My house is over 100 years old so along the way there were a few minor things such as power lines that needed sorting Mitch called me and explained everything giving me options he organized the electrician for me once again making these stress free. Mitch's team completed the entire job including gutters, barge boards in about 3 days. I was super surprised and super happy. The new roof has transformed the house and the team were all super friendly and awesome. Highly recommend impact roofing solutions."

"I represent a Body Corporate of 16 Units where we required our roof to be replaced. We received a number of quotations, among which was Impact Roofing Solutions. I met the owner Mitch before the quotation was prepared for us and was impressed with his communication skills and knowledge of the business. We accepted his quotation partly because of the reasonable pricetag but also because Mitch was easy to engage with and I felt comfortable in trusting his business to do the project. From acceptance of the quotation through to completion of the job, the communication was regular and I was always kept up to date at each stage. Mitch also went the extra mile to solve other leaking pipe issues and dealt with them appropriately. That was very much appreciated. Each day the site was kept tidy and materials were stored together at the end of each day. The final day was spent tidying up the site and leaving it as it was before they started. "What a great roofing company, I am always a bit skeptical when needing a building trade as you hear so many negative comments where jobs have not gone well. Impact solutions were however brilliant, and the owner Mitch really knows his stuff and how to run a business. Communication was excellent and he actually worked on the job with his team unlike some company owners who just leave it to their workers to complete the work. The estimated time for the job was accurate and he turned up to work on the job when he said he would.

"Mitch and the team carried out repairs to the roof of St.Marys Church in Glen Innes . The work was carried out to a high standard and Mitch gave us good advice on how we should prepare the roof for painting. The team worked quickly and did a great job at a very competitive price. They kept in communication with the Church Property Manager and let him know when they would be on site and how long it would take. They responded promptly when a gutter was recently damaged by a truck and did a very tidy repair job. Mitch is always recommending the best way to handle a roofing issue and he is excellent in explaining the best and cheapest long term solution. "We had been having leak issues for a while with our commercial property. In the past we have used No Cowboys and came up with 2 previous roofers who "completed" the job but for various reasons the roof re-leakes after several months or ot was difficult to lease with them to get the job done.

Mitch was the only one who asked me to come see him on-site to address the issues and to give an honest opinion on what was the best option for the roof over the next 5years. Although he said it was a busy time over the next several months he did manage to repair the roof within 2 weeks of meeting which was fantastic!

If you looking for a roofer who actually makes time in their schedule for you and gives you options rather than an invoice then he's your guy."

"Our 40+ year old roof was on its last legs and we'd been putting off replacing it not only because of the cost but the difficulty in finding someone reliable and trustworthy. After reaching out to our Property Manager who highly recommended Mitch and his Crew I gave him a call. I was blown-away by his prompt response (after already waiting a week+ for a response from another roofing company). Although he was already very busy, he found a way to make time to meet with me to discuss our options. He made the whole process so easy, we decided on material, colour and dates in less than half an hour. His efficiency also showed through in the quick turn around from ordering the material and getting it on site, getting the scaffolding up to replacing the roof in a matter of days. "I hired Impact Roofing to re-roof my home and to install new guttering and downpipes. The job was fairly complex as my roof is fairly steep, has close to 20 faces and we were switching from tiles to steel so some extra timber framing was needed.

"I had Impact roofing replace my old roof with a new long runners Corrugated iron one.
Mitch was very professional and prompt. His quote was very details and he broke down each items up their respective heading so you know what it is for.

He kept me informed throughout the project on what was going on and whats outstanding with a estimated time it will be done.

They displayed extensive knowledge, talked me through all the options, provided a fair quote and were extremely helpful answering all my questions (even the silly ones!)

Mitch visited the day after I contacted him and he gave me a full overview of what needing doing, which we discussed against available budget. "We have received a number of quotes where we had to wait for a six week lead-in time before anything could possibly be done. Mitch was amazing. He turned up 3 hours after we phoned him. Written quote was provided in the evening. Impact Roofing has their own qualified builders to replace timber frames where applicable and so we didn't have to organise a builder. My wife is due to give birth around the end of March. Mitch offered to reorganise other jobs and got our roof replaced the following week. Yes the whole process of getting a quote, ordering and delivering of materials, scaffolding and reroofing only took 10 days. Mitch has excellent communication skills. "These guys were fantastic, we contacted 3 companies and Mitch replied the same day, the other two well one took a week and the other we never heard from.
