    "An excellent job rebuilding an extensive wooden first storey deck together with laying new decking. involved new foundations and a structure
    Attention to detail and ensuring building regulations and standards were followed to the letter, I would absolutely recommend him anywhere. Honest and diligent and a very nice finished job. There was an awful lot of detail work in the job.
    Considered using him to renovate a existing warehouse in Penrose which was fully costed but the job did not… proceed, where he was in the position of head contractor. In that instance the costing and organisation of sub trades had occurred    "

    "TCL came to fix our bathroom, the job took exactly as long as they said it would before we signed off.

    Justin was also very good at communicating everything, and very quick to respond before during and after the work was completed.

    I'd have no problem getting TCL to do further work on my property.

    Just to mention also, when having work done on your house if its dusty and messy make sure the builder keeps on top of this. TCL did a good job of minimising the dust and always did a good… job of cleaning up, it reflects how they do the big stuff as well.

    "Justin Cadwallader of TCL managed the renovations, which included managing the plumbing, electrical, gib-stopping, waterproofing and tiling sub-contractors. The work was completed on time and within budget.
    Justin was a pleasure to work with on this project, as well as being a very proficient and hard working builder with high technical and moral standards. The standard of the completed work was excellent and I would certainly use Justin for any other building construction projects in the… future and recommend him to anyone else who needs a competent builder to carry out and manage a complex building project.

    "TCL took on a tricky, very limited access job for us under a house which included excavating a substantial amount of spoil, replacing a support pile, building a new retaining structure in limited space, waterproofing a existing block wall and then refill and compacting the fill. Many others simply didn’t even bother getting back to us on the project.

    TCL ended up employing a tricky method of conveyors to remove 10-15 m3 of spoil out of a gap that was 1.5m wide by .8 m high while in a… confined space under a house while working on its support structure. Other methods such as hydrovac and even removing the structure had been looked at but TCL came up with and employed the most time and cost effective solution.

    We found them excellent to deal with. Justin did what he says he would, and he will told us exactly how it was, not what we wanted to hear. You don’t want surprises and with Justin there were none. Every problem was brought up, discussed and a solution clearly presented.    "

Managing Director Justin Cadwallader has over 16 years experience in the building industry, and a passion for project management. He specialises in mid to high end residential architectural renovations and new builds and has a background in custom office fit outs and light commercial builds.
