    "This team have done 4 major jobs for me which included home extension and complete redecoration. Fantastic job award winning finishing and with out doubt the best group of tradesmen I have used.
    The attention to detail by all concerned especially the painters was with out peers.
    All my jobs will stand any critical inspection plus value for money they were more than fair and competitive.
    Site tidiness was excellent and we were able to remain in the home through the whole process as a… result.

    All site rubbish was removed on a daily basis.    "

    "I dealt with Dave and I only have good things to say. He arrived gave good advise, and did a great job. It was a no stress cost effective job. I was well informed at all times, and he left the premises when the job was finished in a spotless condition. A very honest and straight up company and job. I recommend them 100%."

    "Very prompt service to exterior plaster repairs, work carried out on time to a good standard. House repainted very pleased with the finish.

    Would use this Company again, no question.
    We were in the loop thru the whole process."

    "Price increase of almost $2000 without warning. Cowboy plumbers that came across as incompetent, unable to figure out why shower pressure had dropped once new shower had been fitted and spent three more call outs trying to replace things unnecessary adding to extra costs. Overly expensive painters that had to come back and redo after not preparing area adequately. however the builders, although slow, were friendly and did what they needed to do, flooring was good. took FIve days when told it… would take Two.

    I only Place feedback in the hope that business owner takes steps to make improvements.    "

    "Jacks Maintenance and Construction replied to the the customer as soon as her grievences were advised. She posted this feedback at the same time as contacting us. We have replied to all her comments and have contacted the plumber on her behalf to inform them of her comments. As most people are aware, perception seldom meets reality. We are grateful to this client for the feedback posted, as it gives us opportunity to correct misunderstandings directly with them. We thank the client for prompt payment of her account."
