"Early in 2022 I ended up stripping back an old deck that was out dated and no longer served the purpose in which it was intended. I approach Josh at JBR Built regarding a large 65 Sqm Deck. Josh explained to me pros and cons around constructing with different materials such as pine vrs kwila and provided advice what style of layout to go for. I chose to go with kwila option for my build.
During the construction process Josh was very thorough in his workmanship taking extra time ensuring that… his work surface was flat, leveled or squared. I found Josh to be reliable, on time and provided a call or update if there were changes or anything to be discussed. Josh also able to keep an accurate on costing ensuring that we were staying within the budget limits.

As it came to the final laying of the Kwila boards them selves i was beyond impressed with the final result (Photos attached). Josh was able to complete the project within a reasonable time frame adhering to what we had orginially agreed on. Overall i was very satasfied with his service and will use Josh again for any future projects."
