The level of service provided was extremely professional and friendly and we were kept informed throughout the whole plumbing process. They were quick and very efficient with their work and you could see that they knew exactly what they were doing. "Jared and his team are amazing! We had our bathroom fully revamped by his team, at first we didn’t know what we wanted. So jared came around and helped us decide. "We were very happy with the work done by Jared and his team. When we discovered that a like-for-like replacement for our toilet was not available, Jared sourced the next best available product and liaised with our insurance company as there was a difference in price. Jared and his team also had to work around us arranging for plastering work after they had installed the cistern but before the toilet installation. Never did we feel pressured for time and the open line of communication from Jared and Kelly meant that at all times, we knew what was happening and when. If we need engage a plumbing company again, they will be the first people we go to."

"I am very frustrated with this company. I told them I had been let down by other plumbing companies and that it was important to me that there was good communication. Initially that was good and the response was quick but there were two parts to the job, the smaller part was sorting out our leaking toilets that were costing us high water usage bills. They came and completed the bigger job fitting the new laundry tub which was a great job, no problem there.
However they said they would order the parts for the toilet cisterns and come back to complete the job. It seems from there I was forgotten about until I chased them up only to be told they could not complete the job. They doident confirm wether the parts had been ordered. No apology was given for the inconvenience or letting me down. Just a list of excuses and fob offs.
I am not impressed and won't be recommending them to anyone else in fact will be advising people to not use them.

"I had a leak that no one seemed to be able to resolve. Paid for builders and plumbers alike to take a crack at the issue with no resolution as I went without water due to damage to my main line from rats.

Then I was introduced to JD's Plumbing. Their team came in and did not leave until the issue was resolved. It was hard work, in likely the very worst location it could have been, but they put everything aside and got it done - all during December in one of the busiest periods just before Christmas.

Really cannot express my gratitude more and know I will be passing on their details to anyone who needs the best."

"We phoned JDS Plumbing and spoke to Jared the owner stating we had 2 blocked downpipes , probably caused by pine needles , and it was discussed to cut the downpipes at ground level , remove the debri and put some collars on to join the downpipe back up again .

so he told me I will tell the boys to make sure they have some in the van

2 guys arrived on 13/9/22 and was discussed what needed to be done , and I advised to cut both downpipe and backflush it from the tank , so they did one , and then the guy said we need to go down the road to get some joiners , I said jared said you would have them in the van ( all plumbers carry them in their van ) so 45 min later he comes back and puts joiner in downpipe and says all done and I said you haven't cut the other one , so he then cut the other downpipe and it was blocked , so they cleared it and put joiner on .

a month later we get a bill and we were charged 3.5 hours for the plumber and 3.5 hours for apprentice 7 hours …. noooo - we didn't ask for an apprentice , he was standing looking we should have been told is it ok to bring an apprentice

so we looked at our camera sytem to find out the their ute arrived at 12.15 and left the job at 2.10 ( this is the entire job time including when they drove down road for 45 min ) so the job really took a little over an hour

so we emailed and said you have got it wrong you were only at our property for 2 hours , here is the camera footage to verify it

he emailed back to say it could be a mistake from the office lady ( that's his wife Kelly ) how could she get t hat wrong when the husband instructs how many hours to the wife ????

then we get another bill one month later 15/11 /22 to say 3 hours labour , we said you were here for 2 hours and that's what we are paying for

1st December then we get a bill for 4 hours labour …

so we have paid for 2 hours labour , and then we get a threatening email to say pay the balance or we will take you to court ????

really so your quite happy to overcharge for 7 hours for a 2 hour job

then you still try and over charge us for 4 hours when it is a 2 hour job

Do Not use this company they have proved they are happy to overcharge customers what ever they feel , forget about the real time , its what ever they feel like , so they still try to overcharge me ...
i feel ripped off

"I had a toilet cistern that was leaking. I rang several large plumbing businesses and none could come within 48 hours, one couldn’t even consider the job for a week. I rang JD Plumbing after seeing their ratings on Nocowboys: no problem, someone will be round today, and they were. The cistern proved a bit tricky, requiring a repeat visit, but communication was great, and Mike turned up when he said he would. Job done. Happy."

"Fantastic plumbers that I would totally recommend. Jared sent through a quote the same day as my enquiry, that was extremely reasonably priced. Booked in the work with no hassle, Mike rang beforehand to confirm, turned up exactly when he said he would, nothing was a problem, not even ripping out and replacing my dodgy old vanity and even worse toilet that was all just dealt with professionally and without any drama. Mike was thorough, approachable, friendly, and worked in with the other tradesmen also on site. Murphy's Law - a totally different plumbing connection then gave up the ghost the next day and Mike even returned to fix that too, and told me how to deal with it in the meantime. I was really anxious about how everything was going to go, and embarrassed at my extremely old bathroom. Jared (who was my initial contact) and Mike (who did the work onsite) made everything seem easy. Thanks so much."

"It all started with a leaky hot water tank, I contacted Jared who visited the next day. He identified a few issues and gave a options on how to best proceed. His pricing was fair and his advice and communication was outstanding. He repaired our hot water tank promptly. The following week we noticed a leaking shower. I felt confident in texting Jared for advice, he gave this instantly and again promptly visited and rectify the problem with the shower. More than anything I appreciated the communication, professionalism and commitment. I have already recommend Jared and his team to work colleagues."

"I’m v grateful to Jared for sending his staff to help me when I was in need.
I had purchased two replacement taps but bought a different type which now required me to purchase 2 more pop up waste.
Jared was so kind to ask staff to go ahead replace taps n then next morning he will get pop up waste n finish up this job. The staff returned promptly early next morning n finished off the job to perfection! I’ll rate JD’s plumbing 10/10 for work!"

"We had issues with our hot water cylinder, found JDs plumbing through Facebook, he managed to come the following day for a look, and diagnose the issue (worse than we thought), gave a few different options, Put together a really good deal to replace the cylinder and do a couple of other fixes while there, all sorted in a couple of days as promised, quality job, cleaned up after himself. Can’t fault him and the company. Will be our first call next time for sure, and would recommend to others. Thanks Jared."
