"Alex and his team at Jeffery Construction have done two separate renovations on my 1910s bungalow in Pt Chevalier. They completely renovated an old rundown bedroom into a nursery and redid our front entrance and deck area. Both jobs were done within budget and on time. Alex is an excellent communicator and his team are always polite and hardworking. I would definitely use Jeffery Construction again. "

"Alex and his team completed the renovation of our 1910 villa, which had hardly been touched and was in dire need of some TLC. As renovation rookies, we could not have been luckier to have Jeffery Construction complete the work. They were easy to deal with, extremely tidy, listened to our requirements, provided excellent advice and the quality of their work was fantastic. Through their contacts we were able to source all the materials and finishes that we wanted. We love our home and couldn't… recommend Jeffery Construction more."

"We couldn't have asked for more from the team at Jeffery Construction. We've had 6 different builders on site at various times and they have all been incredibly friendly, conscientious and skilled. What sets them apart from a lot of other tradies, is they want to be there, they enjoy their work and they are more than happy to go above and beyond. Alex and the team have been incredibly flexible and understanding as the scope of work has changed (it always does). The level of detail and… craftsmanship has also been very impressive. "My 1930s Villa was affected by the storm in April 2018 and we engaged Alex and his team to firstly fix the repairs on which was mainly roof damage. As time went on we decided to do a complete renovation of the whole house which was great to have Jeffery Construction with us as all designs and structural work seemed easy to them being such a challenging house to renovate. With the confidence in his skills and workmanship we asked him to project manage the job which he confidently accepted… where he had all the various trade ready to go. Even with his current work load he managed to juggle his work and crew really well with a incredible outcome. After 6 months we were so happy with the result and really confident with Alex’s work. Communication was spot on which is really important to me and giving progress updates weekly. I highly recommend Jeffery Construction no matter how hard the job is."

"We engaged Alex and his team to do a range of renovation work on our place in Ponsonby. This included moving some doors, windows, and doors and prepping for a new kitchen & bathrooms etc. Alex and his team were awesome to deal with, straight up and honest. "Alex and his team recently completed a renovation to my villa in Freemans Bay. The friendly and compitent crew along with Alex's experience and attention to detail made the process stress free. I'd consider myself a perfectionist and I'm very happy with the end result. They also managed to find fantastic sub contractors at a moment's notice which in my past experience has been the difference between on time and budget or a frustrating and expensive mess.
