    "Jake has done several jobs at our place and each time he was prompt, courteous and efficient. You should book him while you can. He offered great advice and saved us money on the products we needed to buy by suggesting alternative solutions to our job. Other people who had quoted on the job just gave us the cost to do what we asked, but Jacob went the extra mile and helped us improve our designs and saved us money.
    He has repeatedly gone beyond what he needed to do. In his latest job for us,… he came out to help us wire in a new oven on the same day we called him - straight away! Talk about service...

    Jacob excellent to deal with, he listened to what I wanted done and he had some practical solutions that really showed his experience. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a tradesman who is willing to take the time to discuss the work and the concerns I had. He had to complete the work over multiple visits, but he was very good at keeping in touch so there was no confusion about how the work was progressing. He was upfront and… transparent throughout the process and I was very satisfied with the results."

    "I had contacted Jake from Australia wanting to do a job over the Christmas period, the job was gutting an existing garage and converting it into a self-contained granny flat with a new kitchen bathroom laundry etc with lights power points etc.
    Timing was crucial As I was coordinating the plumber and the electrician and other trades at the same time.
    Jacob gave us the price which we were happy with. he was prompt & courteous And completed the job in a timely fashion.
