"KFL Logistics Worst moving company I have every has the misfortune to deal with. They were extremely rough with furniture items , and boxes both on pick up and delivery , extremely rude, unhelpful I would not recommend to anyone.
They are trading under the name KFL Logistic "

"Totally unhappy and dissatisfied with this company. Was told move would take one day , it took two because half the staff employed did not want to work and preferred to stand and talk or sit in sun. There was no overall supervisor to watch the younger employees and there should have been .Things took longer and on the second day l was left with about 40% of my belongings left outside ( although fortunately they were under cover ) as it was too late to keep working. I was not offered for them… to come back the next day so l had to move bookcases , desks and other large times myself. Despite being clearly labelled most the the boxes were left in the wrong room ( ie kitchen stuff in office ) and boxes left in rooms were merely dumped and l had to move all by myself and stack so l could even get in the rooms. I had furniture broken and scratched. In the quote was included a large furniture item which l had specifically asked them to confirm they could move. Two hours before l had to be out of my old place I was told it was too heavy for them to move - despite assurances and lengthy discussion that they could when l accepted the quote. Very stressful experience and being short and older was left in difficult position of having to do so much moving and shifting of my items myself after they had left. This firm had been recommended by land agent working for The Professionals."

"KAPITI REMOVAL AND STORAGE arrived at the property at 2.05pm approximately five minutes later than the agreed time to commence the move , transport and storage of my household contents. He said his name was GRANT DAVIS, called himself the owner of KAPITI REMOVAL AND STORAGE LTD. He further stated that on this job he hadn't hired enough staff but he made assurances that "he was the man for the job. At 3.35pm they left the property and headed for the storage facility KAPITI SELF STORAGE in… Paraparaumu.

I noticed the truck was traveling at excessive speeds and was difficult to keep up with.

Upon inspection of the storage shed I noticed an expensive mirrored desk had been damaged. A $4000 dresser had been man handled an damaged along with a $5000 curve TV had also suffered at the unsafe hands of KAPITI REMOVAL AND STORAGE LTD.

When contacted the above I was told by GRANT DAVIS that he would take it up with his staff and get black

me. When I never heard from him I called GRANT DAVIS and he stated "weez arnt liable"

I don't recommend anyone use the services of KAPITI REMOVAL AND STORAGE as they do not respect peoples possessions and do not take responsibility for there reckless actions which in the furniture removal business I think is paramount."
