"We worked with Innovative Kitchens for our new kitchen late last year 2023 and it was a pleasant experience overall. Lisa was our designer who visited us at our home and drafted the plan based on our discussions. During the design stage, Lisa shared her ideas and knowledge to help us to achieve the look we would like for our new kitchen and was very pleasant to talk to with any questions. Logan who oversees the implementation of the installation did a lot of coordination and direct… communications with us which was fantastic. During the installation there were some imperfections due to a 3rd party installer’s workmanship, but it was awesome that both Lisa and Logan acknowledged them and arranged another installer to fix them for us. Overall we are very happy that we have a beautiful and functional kitchen and will recommend Innovative Kitchens to our friends and family. If you are reading this review and thinking of finding a good company for your kitchen project, I suggest you give them a call and see what they can do for you:)"

"Very happy with my new kitchen made for me by kitchen2go.
The process went smoothly from design to delivery. I had an idea what I wanted but Lisa Thesing (designer) gently encouraged me to pick the right finishes so I ended up with the look that I was aiming for. The other great service they provide is the ability to employ their recommended builder (Dale Easton) electrician (Kevin Jonas) and plumber (Karl Burbage) to ensure space was ready for Mike, to install the new kitchen. They… organised themselves, coordinating with each other which made everything easy for me and all went smoothly. The builder was also able to organise someone to come and do some stopping and painting. Everyone who was part of the process, were great to work with, communication was timely and clear."

"Fully recommend Shubhraja as your kitchen designer. She listens and then makes suggestions to achieve your final goal.
We had specific requirements of our kitchen including depth of drawers and placement of appliances due to an existing floor plan. Nothing was too difficult.
We also used the tradesmen recommended and they were excellent. They rang us, great communication and also on time.

"Great kitchen Reno, very pleased with the final design. Lisa (designer) did a really good job resulting in the kitchen having great functionality. I would not change anything in the kitchen and it has been great to use since installation.
I needed some building work and used Contractors used by Kitchens to Go. Plumber Karl, Kevin the Electrician and Dale Easton for the building, painting, tiling which meant the whole project was project managed and coordinated.
Would recommend using Kitchens… 2 Go

"What a joy it was to work with Lisa in designing & supervising the build of our new kitchen. She gave us all the time we needed, was a good listener, & very patient with all our questions. When asked for advice she made very good suggestions which were so helpful for our decision making.
She was very professional & yet warm & friendly which resulted in a beautifully well planned kitchen that we enjoy very much.
The workmanship is excellent, the men worked professionally… & built us a kitchen which is finished well, is attractive, roomy & very easy to work in.

We are very thankful that we chose this company, & in particular Lisa, to guide us & take care of the building of the most important room in our home. It is a complete success & we are very happy with it."

"We were very pleased with the concept design from Lisa for our kitchen and laundry renovations. We appreciated the way that Lisa made regular on-site visits to check on progress and offer advice. The delivery timeline was impacted by Covid and supply chain issues outside of the control of Kitchens 2Go.

"We absolutely love our kitchen, the design is amazing, very high quality materials and installation. It looks just as immaculate now nearly two years on as it did when first installed. "I think it must be 18 months since Kitchens2go installed my lovely kitchen. It is still as good as the day it was installed.
My friends all admire it, and tell me how fantastic it looks (which of course I know).
I talked with 3 kitchen manufacturers. Before I chose to go with Kitchens2go. They weren't the cheapest, but I knew Lisa had listened to my ideas and she guided me with her experience and flair to give me a fabulous kitchen.

She was especially patient when dealing with the problems caused by COVID lockdowns. "I would thoroughly recommend this company and the team of contractors that they work with with no hesitation whatsoever. Lisa helped me design the kitchen, without her input I would have been far less satisfied with the final design; as it is every time I walk into the kitchen I almost hug myself and think of her! My kitchen was small and had various constraints that we were forced to work around, I honestly do not think we could have produced a better result than this amazingly workable,… beautiful, atmospheric final design. The quality of the workmanship was 100% and any small repairs needed were quickly attended to with enthusiasm. My neighbours recommended them and have used them twice more since."

"These guys were great. Lisa did an outstanding (and very patient) job as designer. Wea re super happy with how the layout and colours are all working. 8 months post install, it has held up really well.
Even better than our experience with Lisa was our experience with the team that put the kitchen in. Dave (installer) and the well coordinated team of subbies (electrical, gib fix & plaster, paint) worked very well together. This is what makes or breaks a project. It was outstanding.
The… ratings below are rare. But I could not ask for better. Kitchens are always expensive, but I have no regrets."

"Amazing Amazing, Amazing. What more could I say.
Logan and his team has put up with us for over 12 months while we got our ducks in a row.
Logan and his team were amazing, comunication was very good and the price is excellent, we now have a kitch that looks like it came from a flash kitchen design magazine, it was very cost effective and millimeter precision.
Could not be happer, unless they could make it self cleaning :-)"

"Please don't be fooled by the price and the upfront friendliness. Logan nice guy in the beginning,typical salesman once signed up no service or accountability. Sadly the kitchen was damaged on delivery along with a piece of my property and furniture, clumsy delivery company. As this company uses contractors, to be fair most companies do.Sadly I have to write this review as you know a good company when you see how they deal with a bad situation. Logan Made no effort to fix or communicate with… me, more every time he pulled out the out of my control card and left me to chase him and the courier company.Kitchen was installed half complete.And still 4weeks later it's still not complete. My property is still damaged and left with neither the courier of the kitchen company being proactive.If you want someone to build a big part of your home successfully choose a company that cares, truly disappointed I have to look at the kitchen everyday with regret of using this company. Strongly recommend shopping around and pay just a wee but more for someone that cares."

"Terrible service, unsafe work practices, terrible attitude. It took 6 weeks to get a cutlery tray the right size and then it was still not the right size. The installer was injured because Kitchens2Go did not provide extra help to move the heavy cabinets. Installer damaged our newly polished floor and Kitchens2Go's comment was "it can't be proved who did the damage or if it was already there". The floor had only been polished the week before delivery and the room had not been used… since. I would recommend if you are silly enough to use Kitchens2Go, make sure you hold back some of your payment until the job is completed.

The quality of the finished kitchen is as we would have expected for the price but the headaches along the way made this renovation a nightmare."

"the product maybe good, but the extra things you have to find out and do yourself is not good, we had 2 bench tops made and they were not on time and they didnt glue the ends on, so a couple of days later they sent them, which i thought strange as it should have been installed as part of the purchase price. The strip wasnt the same size and it had to be cut to suit plus we had to buy our on glue "
