"We decided to upgrade our old heatpump last year September and I found these guys offered a new Fujitsu at a great price through their website. Since the older one was still working we decided to have that one relocated to one of the rooms and Jason agreed to do that as well at an added cost which was fine with us. Everythig went well, very professional, neat and quick. Service was great as well. We paid in full and everything seemed to be working fine. However, come December we decided to use… the Air Conditioning feature of our old heatpump (the new one works fine, no issues there). After running for some time, it starts dripping water from the inside unit. As soon as we found out, I called Jason to come and have a look. I have called them a few times and also emailed them directly but no reply. I wonder what happened.."

"Rebecca did a quick and accurate assessment and answered all of our questions quite promptly. Before we made a choice, we reviewed some of the forums (like this) to assess their service and quality, and did some price comparisons and also checked the products that they recommended and there were no nasty surprises. We were very happy with the installation from Matt and Jason. Kiwi Electrical have done an excellent job and delivered as promised."

Not only were they the first tradesmen in history to be early, but they phoned to check if it was okay to be early! Stellar job, very professional and polite. "I had 3 heat pumps fitted by the 2 Jasons & Craig. Rebecca quoted the units and recommended the correct models for the rooms. They were by far the best deal and were totally professional and efficient in their manner and workmanship. We found Rebecca the most knowledgable and helpful of all the consultants we saw. "After seeing Kiwi Electrical on Target , I decided to give them a try as I was in the market looking at Heat Pumps.I had recently taken up the EECA subsidy for Insulation and had Enviroblankets (polyester) installed in the ceiling and underfloor. I contacted Rebecca at Kiwi Electrical who met me at my house and was very thorough with her knowledge and helpfulness. The quote was reasonable so I decided to proceed with getting the heat pump installed by Kiwi Electrical. The installation looked… good and the Heat Pump works brilliantly so I promptly paid in full. I was curious to see how Jason had installed the power to the unit so I went up into the roof cavity. To my huge disappointment i saw that all my new polyester insulation blankets were ripped up and piled in a corner where Jason had run the power cable!! If I had not gone up into the ceiling this would never have been noticed. The roof cavity is pretty restricted and there is also that old \'fluff\' insulation to deal with so I know it is not pleasant up in the ceiling , but still it defeats the point of getting insulation and a heat pump if it gets ripped up from the dining area and part of the kitchen. I called Rebecca who said she would get Jason to come and fix it that was on the 10th Aug , after 1 sms from Jason to say that he would \'sort it out on Monday\' which is now 3 weeks ago , I have since been up into the ceiling and fixed it myself.

What started out as a good experience has turned out to be very disappointing"

"We needed a new heat pump. The initial contact with Jason was very professional. He turned up when he said he would to look at the job and was very thorough in covering all options. The quote was very reasonable, he turned up on time, carried out the work efficiently within the timescale he gave us, and cleared up all the mess. The quality of work is excellent - I highly recommend him. "

Jason installed a Fujitsu heat pump today. He arrived on time, completed the installation in the time stated and removed all the mess. I would recommend Jason for any heat pump requirements."
