    "Not sure where the 100% ratings came from?
    Charged me $110 to tell me my system was no good, and that they could not get a replacement battery. Very poor communication.
    A different company was able to get the required battery and install it within 2 days of me speaking to them.    "

    "Shopped around for a house alarm, kiwi security gave me options to choose. These was absolutely no pressure and provided me with options regarding different brands and to add or remove items. I ended up going with paradox alarm, the entire process was smooth from sales team to the technician they were amazing and know what they are doing. They definitely went the extra mile to answer all my questions and requests after the installation. Highly recommend the service !! 5 stars"

    Dev did amazing job, very professional and considering to complete the installation in my property in the best way, although there were difficulties with the access and power points close by, then due to the storm there was slow internet to complete the setting on my phone and computer.I can… say a big "Thank you ,Dev for all your hard work and commitment to present Kiwi Security with such a good service to your customers!"     "Astounding advice and workmenship from these guys! We have had Micron Alarm system at our place and was wanting to upgrade the system as we found out that the Micron Alarm company went out of business and we could'nt get any tech support from Micron. So, after enquiring about a variety of alarms we went ahead with Arrowhead alarm system as advised by KiwiSecurity consultant as arrowhead alarms is NZ made & manufactured here. Amazing sytem, user frendly and the Technician from Kiwi Security… gave us an amazing user lesson, everyone (even people that were not tech savvy) could understand the alarm system and its functionality."

    "Upgraded my 18yo Micron alarm system to Arrowhead alarm, very easy to use. Kiwi Security did the installation, the tech explained everything in detail and cleaned up before they left (not like other tradies who left a mess during my renovations).

    "Amazing experience- We had a break-in a couple of weeks ago at our property in Howick and my wife and kids were terrified with the incident that afternoon and have decided to get some sort of security at out property. I have called some providers but KiwiSecurity responded quickly and have even arranged to send a consultant the same evening and have planned to install CCTV and alarm system in our home and after finalising the latter, the work was completed the very next day by super helpful and… friendly staff as they were patient and helpful to explain the operation of both the CCTV and alsrm systems. We had a break-in a couple of days ago and the alarm went off that night and the guard was dispatched that night after the activation and we could see the footage from the CCTV instantly and found the culprits. I would say now that our whole family can sleep peacefully and can go on a holiday with peace of mind. Thank you for the whole team from the whole family."

    "We were wanting to add few additional cameras at our apartment complex, we’ve contacted Kiwi security to add extra 5 camera around the common areas, they’ve installed a quality equipment with high standard workmanship. The technician has arrived on time and made sure we understand the areas the cameras will be installed. These guys are reliable and really approachable which is what you want exactly.     "Great service. Well experienced team ,they knew what exactly needed for security for my shop.
    Alarm monitoring cant be any better , they keep calling the alternate numbers straight away if my number not reachable and send text messages also mobile app to check the alarm on/ off.

    "These guys have been fantastic and attended the job during Christmas break, we have tried calling several security companies to attend the issue we had with the alarm and access control at our site. while other few companies weren’t giving us an exact timeframe to attend the job, these guys were prompt and were available 24/7 and booked the job to fix the issue same day. The technician was very helpful and explained in detail what was the problem and suggested basic tips to troubleshoot the… Paradox alarm system if the problem reoccurs. 10/10 Highly recommended."

    "We were wanting a CCTV to be installed at our business, compared the prices with other companies and found Kiwi Security quote very reasonable, Nik has addressed to our enquiry the same day we’ve approached him, he had a very good product knowledge and detailed us the scope of the work.
    We’ve also signed up with them for monitoring services, their team was very helpful whenever we had any issues as they’d quickly respond. It is very hard to find a reliable team as most companies just… sign up and don’t bother maintaining a good customer relationship.
