    "I have no complaints about Lewis's Kaptiti, re service and range of product.
    However I was persuaded to have motorized roman blinds, I was not told that to recharge these I had to climb on a ladder and fit charger under blind top. I am elderly, this is out of the question, in my view this was an irresponsible action by the staff, could you please advise me that you are now ensuring elderly customers understand the ramifications of this choice, thank you Patricia

    "Curtains returned after being corrected, delighted in the response to my feedback regarding my disappointment in the varying length in sets of curtains installed Must say that the response the feedback and timely response through to the curtains being re installed as expected from Lewsis's team has given me the feeling of a satisfied customer, timely to have them in place for the busy social season.
    Thanks to Team especially after the initial dissapoinment

    "We are absolutely delighted with the whole experience dealing with Lewis\'s. From the first entry into the showroom on Thorndon Quay I was given detailed advice and pricing from a helpful salesperson. Upon comparing prices we decided Lewis\'s were extremely competitive. I was given the discount even though I was a week past the date. From here it only got better. Aaron the Sales Rep came to our house for a measure up and was excellent in all respects. Personable, knowledgeable and helpful - we were impressed. We were ordering blinds for two different areas of the house and were advised one area would be later than the other. Our expectations were exceeded when on the date for delivery of the first area all the blinds were ready. The installers were again most helpful, practical and efficient. All the blinds were fitted within half an hour and our house was transformed. You guys deserve a HUGE pat on the back. Our recent experiences with so many tradespeople, retailers and customer service reps across the board have been very shabby. You are outstanding in your delivery and service and product.     "AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! I could write a novel! Its been 3 years and I still feel angry every time I close my curtains!!"

    "I found it very difficult to actually communicate with these people.
    Was told I was being put through to stores, but got only an answerphone. On calling again, only an answerphone - at 2.30 pm!!!

    "Kept us informed even though the curtains for the master bedroom was unavailable, gave us options to choose another pattern, however in the end decided on our first choice, even though the job would be delayed for another month. Staff a professional in the way they dealt with us, from choosing the fabric etc, to the final installation."
