    "Our kitchen was ordered in October 2014 and it has been a hard slog getting anything done. It is still not complete and we've issued our final notice, without prejudice. Whenever Peter says "I've got that at the painters" or it's "in the warehouse" or "it'll be ready next week" etc... ask for their name and CALL THEM or visit the warehouse.. truly you will be impressed at the volume of BS from this outfit.

    He made our kitchen with NO CUTLERY DRAWER!!! (It was in the plan). Honestly. What kitchen maker who's apparently been making kitchens and joinery for years... skips details like this. It would be like a bathroom designer forgetting to leave space in the bathroom, for THE TOILET. Other things that have lacked are; 1.the brand new dishwasher drawer doesn't fit, 2. the extractor fan unit was made not to fit our purchased extractor fan (we gave him the model), AND He installed it too low to the stove top (the plan shows the correct height), 3. there was no drawer under the oven AS PLANNED, 4. we were promised full installation by the end of november - come January we had only carcasses installed - meaning we had NO KITCHEN for months, 5. multiple cupboard doors were made the wrong size and door and end panels for made without the correct detailing as prescribed in the plan. plus way more... but that would be boring for you. This guy has asked to measure AT LEAST four times. During work hours. We've had more than one week off work thanks to their DIS-organisation and often NOBODY TURNS UP. When they do, it's late. And if they do, you better keep your eye on them. One time, after keeping me from getting to work on time - an employee arrived and when I returned at Lunch - he had hinged two doors together (four screws in total)... yup. that was the extent of his four hours in my home up to that point. What had he done until then? Your guess is as good as mine. But if they promise that something will be done - you can bet that not even half of it will. Trust me, if you speak with the CORRECT references, you'll hear plenty about manufacturing and installation issues with many (here I want to say ALL) customers. make no mistake, use this company and prepare to go to WAR for what you paid for."

    "We engaged Lifestyle Kitchens in Onehunga for a new kitchen. This was the biggest mistake we have ever made. It is now 7.5 months since we ordered the kitchen and it is still NOT completed. All we get is a series of lies saying it will be completed next week. Next week never comes. If you want a kitchen and on time DO NOT DEAL WITH LIFESTYLE KITCHENS. We have given them every opportunity to rectify the problems with zero results."

    "We had entrusted Lifestyle Kitchen to design and install this for us, bad mistake, very bad mistake.
    BE VERY CAREFULL CHOOSING THIS COMPANY, BEST NOT TO!!!
    This was our worst ever experience. We paid the deposit on time, paid the next instalment for the already behind schedule installation, and we got let to belief that all the individual pieces making up the kitchen were there. What we got was a series of excuses, lies and bull ****. The kitchen was supposed to be finished end of February, now its end of May. Bad fit, no planning, constant excuses, we had three different installers and none of them managed to install the kitchen. In the end I had to bite the bullet and arrange my own installer, who was a gift from the heavens.
