The advantage with Lockhart Construction is that we provide clear and precise pre-concept estimate cost for the project before plans are drawn up, and we agree variation costs prior to a job – unique processes that save our clients both time and money.

Our pre-concept estimate is an important step before seeking building consent or architect drawings and avoids clients having the inconvenience and cost of rescoping their job later in the process.
