"Excellent buyng experience all round.
Being of the older generation, I was a little dubious at first having to do everything via text, but the response to all my questions was prompt and professional.
Price was very good and the job was able to be done in the timeframe I was hoping.
It was really great that the towbar could be fitted at my place of work, as I am a Contractor and did not really want to take time off to have to go somewhere to get it fitted. Hennie was superb, towbar looks… great and the fitting was done really well and everything worked correctly first time used. Very happy, thank you."

"Marks Towbars provided good service for a good price, although I had 2 small hiccups. Firstly, the originally quoted price had to be adjusted by $60 after a mistake had been realized. Not ideal, but it's still a better price than the competitors. Secondly, during the installation, the installer suddenly realized that he didn't have the locking pin for the tow ball. I told him I had plans to use a trailer this weekend, so he found a hefty bolt in his toolbox to use instead, and he'll get me the… proper pin on Monday. He was friendly and apologetic about it, but his initial reaction was "Oh they did it to me again!" In the end it won't affect me very much, but it's still not a professional impression.

"From the initial phone call to the tow bar arriving was so quick & worry free it was amazing. I live way down in the South Island & expected the freight to be expensive with delivery to be at least a week. I was wrong, 3 days from phone call it was sitting at home with a delivery cost that was amazingly cheap.
The product was of great quality even the mechanic said too fit it was a pleasure as everything just went into place. The price was hundreds of dollars below other competitors.… Really happy with the whole deal."

I would give 100% but will take a couple points off for what I felt was some abrupt communication from mark. Comments such as: "Prices were all clearly outlined above" when a customer obviously needs clarification on a variety of options don't help a customer. If it were that clear to them, they wouldn't be asking the question! So yes, a little more… tolerance for those who don't install towbars every day, and need to make clear decisions on an expensive product. That said, I think they are probably the best in the business for price, great knowledge, and efficient installation. Thanks!"

"Mark installed a towbar on my wife's Mazda3 tonight. He was very helpful and provided us with useful information with regards to the towing capability. After looking around other businesses, his prices were very competitive, and there were several options available to us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marks Towbars to a friend.
