We are a family owned and operated business who have been at the same site for the past 20 years.

"Found very helpful choosing my flooring for the quesr toilet. Took quite a few samples back and forward and nothing was too much trouble. Very prompt measure and quote and arrangement made for instal.
Very happy with friendly installer and gave me some great advise. I am now getting my Front entrance done after advise on what would be suitable. Masons quote was half the price of Harrisons quote.
I like to support small business's that take care of their customers, giving you helpful information and nothing is a bother.

"We got a laundry, toilet and bathroom laid in vinyl. The rooms were in an older house and the floors were a mismatch of concrete and wood.
We'd looked at samples that we took home to choose in-situ. One stood out and we requested a quote. This was an amount within our expectations of reasonable so didn't bother going to the market.
Pauls had come and discussed the complexities of the underfloor - showing great expertise. He arrived on the schedulerd day(s) and installed the vinyl after a great deal of care in the preparation.
It looks great, and we are very pleased. We'd happily use them again."

"The Marson team have all been brilliant, in the shop and in my home. They've been consistently helpful and informative, polite without being overbearing. They are the only company of the many I checked into that would help move furniture and trim doors, and without that sort of cooperation and assistance I'd have given up on having new carpet. George and Frank showed up when they said they would, did the job beautifully, caused no harm, and were consistently courteous and respectful of me and my house. This has been an exceptional experience, compared with past projects, and I can only wish that I could find people like them for the other work my house needs."

An experience that I have not had in nearly 20 years.
I was blown away by the level of customer service, the promptness of response to my query, the timeliness at which the work could and was done and the fact people turned up at exactly the time they said they would.
It was such a small job I had but still it was not too much trouble for Marson Flooring. I have got so used to businesses not responding to queries and there are many reasons but I am sure the dollar value of the work makes a difference. The work done was excellent and they took all the rubbish away. Highly highly recommend and when my renovations are finished guess who I will be contacted to do the carpeting!!"

"Thrilled with our new floor. It transformed our new bathrooom. Paul was great. He turned up on time, had a pleasant manner, listened carefully to what we needed done and made sure I checked the lino was the correct type before I had to race off to work. With his work he was tidy, showed excellent attention to detail and was very thorough - our Plumber was happy he saved him the job of needing to seal around the new loo too! I also got excellent customer service from Marson Flooring with booking in the day - which kept changing due to building delays. They were very helpful and understanding. Note I have no idea about pricing for this kind of thing but they seemed reasonable relative to the cost of the entire bathroom."

"When no one could do the impossible, Marson Flooring could. I called for a quote, they popped around within 2 days to quote. Booked in for fitting, (everyone else was booked out for months) This little retailer in the Hutt, slotted the job in, two man band, beautiful job done. Cleaned up when they had finished. Nothing was too hard for them. They turned up early, you almost didnt know they were there, On a new build it is rare now days to find tradesman, that turn up when promised, charged what is quoted and do a top rate job.
Would recommend them for any job and will use them again in the future."

"We required someone to lay some vinyl planking fairly urgently during our renovations due to another tradesman not being able to do it. Paul was able to come to our property the same day we called them and provided us a quote also the same day. It was clear as soon as I met Paul that he was very knowledgeable about flooring and had pride in what he did. I was so impressed I did not bother getting any other quotes as I knew I would be getting what I paid for by using them.
They returned the next week to do the installation and it was completed on time over the two days they quoted, with excellent communication from Paul during this period. The workmanship was top quality and they left the worksite tidy after each day.
I would not hesitate to recommend Marson Flooring to anyone else. They made what was a fairly stressful time during renovations that much easier with their great communication and work."

"I was very pleased with the service I received. I had several small areas of carpet that needed replacing because of water damage from leaks and just plain wear and tear. There were 3 parts of the house that needed doing. I called several companies and they all said they didn't do this kind of work - too fiddly and didn't pay. This guy did. He came promptly. He did a jolly good job and he did it quickly. And his price was very reaonable. I was impressed. The smallest area he fixed was about 30cms square, the others about a metre square."

"Marson Flooring was recommended to me by a mate's father who is in the flooring trade. I took him at his word when he said that they were great to deal with and would do a fantastic job. He wasn't wrong! George provided great advice, has very clear contract documentation, did what he said he'd do and when he said he'd do it, was very flexible in terms of timing for the installation (completely working around my schedule), and was an all round top bloke! Anthony did the installation and is a tradesman who you can tell takes real pride in his work. Things that made him brilliant in my eyes include: being meticulous with the cutting, fitting, stretching etc, happy to explain what he was doing as he did it, removed and re-hung the doors (and handled them with care - including putting off-cuts of carpet or underlay behind and between them so as not to mark the doors or the surfaces they were placed against), cleaned as he worked, and then vacuumed the whole job before leaving. I wish all tradies were as good as him! I would have no hesitation in recommending Marson Flooring for supply and installation of floor coverings and I'll certainly tell all my friends and family to use them when the opportunity arises! One last thing... always do the decent thing and offer a cuppa during the job (and a beer at the end if it's a hot day) :) These guys work damn hard and it's nice to show a little appreciation. Thanks George and Anthony!"

"This job was the second time we had used Marson Flooring. I would recommend them to all. The current experience was similar to the first. The advice from Helen in the shop was spot on and conveyed in a professional and friendly manner. George arrived on time to survey the requirement which is a very good indication of their professionalism. "I turned up at Marson all in a dither. I had had mats overlocked else where and they had bulls up beyond belief and were really agro and nasty as if it was my fault. ANYWAY, turned up in front of Helen with my useless mat. She calmed me down, told me all my options and the only promise she made me was George would look at it when he came in and call me with either good or bad news within 24 hours.. 12 hours later George phoned with good news and gave me the cost. 90minutes later he called again to say it was ready for pickup. FANTASTIC job (it was a special shape mat). What can I say, great workmanship and excellent PR service. .... Only wish more people knew they were there before we actually needed them."
