We liked that they were organised with pre-ordering the windows, allowing for the fact that there is an 8 week wait time for the windows to be made. "The job was delayed a couple of months due to a previous job taking longer than expected, but we were kept fairly well informed on this front, and we had been pretty open about the fact that we were relaxed on the timeframe. When he came to offering a guaranteed timeframe he kept to it.

Our leak is fixed!! Hurray hurray, not a drop of water coming in, and it\'s been sorely tested a few times since! Several builders had previously thrown their hands up in dismay as their patches failed but Graham had some good ideas and they worked! The job (and its price) grew as the underlying problems were discovered (ie a whole lot of weatherboards that were too short and had to be replaced), but this kind of unknown was also well signalled as a strong possibility in advance and the pricing was fair. Graham was also honest about the possibility that despite his best efforts the leak might not be completely fixed, but that he was confident it could at least be significantly reduced. But as it happened, it\'s now perfect. Thank you very much Mr McGuire and your trusty sidekick RIchard!

Graham also did a great job of sourcing a matching secondhand villa window for us (part of our fix was to replace an unnecessary leaking door with a window).

Graham may come across as a grumpy bugger occasionally but he\'s straight up and can be trusted. Would recommend."

"Chose them for a small job putting supports under a couple of windows on the basis of the reviews on NoCowboys. Arrived when they said they would, really nice friendly people. After the tradesmen left there were a couple of aspects of the job that I was not satisfied with BUT and this is very important, on discussing this with Graham, I was told that he wants me to be happy and he is sending them straight back to do the things I had mentioned. And the tradesperson came back same day and very quickly rectified what I was concerned about. And they were friendly about doing so. Before an invoice was sent, Graham rang to make sure that I was completely happy with the work done. Great to see the high value Graham places on customer satisfaction. "Work completed refresh existing deck and change existing supports from wooden beams to new galvanised beams. Refresh deck roof. Refreshing the desk included adjusting how the deck adjoined the garden and lawn area and included some retaining. The deck is approximately 6mx6m.

Greame visit us to review our idea. We had nothing on paper - lots of hand-waving followed. Greame understood what we wanted - he got what we were trying to do and added value with insightful suggestions. Greame provided a fixed quote for the work.

We made a few ad-hoc changes / adjustments as we went. This included allowing us time to do some work ourselves (to keep to the budget where cost would be incurred).

I would highly recommend Greame and his team. I would consider them for any future project indoors or out."

"We had a quite perplexing problem with a picture window in our kitchen in which water was getting in and causing swelling in the (custom wood) window frame and sill. Several builders had looked at it and were reluctant to do the job as it seemed it would be difficult and messy. "Not only were we very happy with the house and shed painting but were also very pleased with the driveway. The price quoted was very competative and there were no problems with requesting additional work as the job progressed. They kept us informed as to how things were progressing and the only holdups were weather related(rain) I would highly reccommend this company ( and have already done so to friends and family)
