    "I arranged over the phone for a premium service, WOF and a courtesy car. When I arrive at the appointed time, they seem to have no idea about the booking. They nearly could not find a courtesy car for me. 3 hrs later, I received a call to inform me that my car have failed its WOF. Puzzled, I ask if the servicing has been done, they replied 'no'. When I enquire further, the manager got angry and slammed the phone on me. I was shocked! When I called back, he told me that my car and me can go and get 'expletive' and slammed the phone a second time. Very unprofessional."

    "DO NOT GO THERE. $440-$660 quote to fix a fully functional alternator. Blatantly poor organisation in office, and indirect customer service. This is my first and only review on this site, only done so that hopefully nobody is fooled by this business struggling for work."
