    "Contacted me about warrant after our usual workshop closed through I’ll health of owner.
    Customer Service was good. Documentation was very good. Good communication, but I pulled the job after assessment required various repairs. Some were fair enough, but failing the bushes in suspension is an old trick I wasn’t up for. Quote for labour and parts was also very high. Had it re-tested and it was suggested their fail was beyond the margin of “reasonable interpretation of the guidance”. Work required was finished elsewhere for well under half the amount quoted. Couldn’t recommend this outfit on the basis of my experience.

    he assured me that this would be handled and sent me a voucher for a full service and even followed up months later, they really do care about their customers feedback which is great to know... thanks Kerry

    Took my car for a service and they did a warrant as well (on which they failed me) and gave me a long list of things they could fix for me. After complaining they “credited” the warrant, as I had not asked for it to be done by them, and they removed the charge.

    Took my car for a warrant later that day at VTNZ, passed with no problems at all, was even told my car was in great shape...

    Trying to make a quick $ off anyone they can, do not recommend.

    Prices for their repairs are extremely above average too...
