    "I've used Dean for some time now for a few jobs. His only fault would be his communication can a little long at times but not always the case. Though this is the case with every trade worker i've delt with so a small price to pay for a great job.

    He really tries to save the customer money and tells you straight up what the problems are. Did a plumbing job on an awkward water cylinder that was leaking and even though it was burning him he kept on until the job was done, blisters and all. Also bought replacement parts for the unit instead of replacing the unit costing alot more which was a welcome saving costing me the cost of a replacement part for the whole job including labor.

    And a wonderful roof repair that has lasted almost 10 years and when checked again has another 10 years left on it. Over 10 other firms all quoted a whole new roof only and none would repair. Only he would and a fast good job.

    Last job not finished yet is another roof repair but due to a serious injury to his ankle its laid him up for a while.

    A small price to pay for a no BS job. I would recommend him to anyone from my long personal experience. Unfortunately even the best have thier bad days from other customer reviews.

    "I believe this business is not well organized. The plumber's communication was good to start with but after I had made progress payments I got the feeling he was less interested. For five days I was unable to contact him, work was not completed when he said it would be and materials were not delivered on time. The guy tries hard but really his communication and business skills are not up to scratch."

    "Newmarket Plumbing offered a mulilt-year guaratntee of their guttering product and workmanship. Almost from the outset the new gutters leaked and in two places have now separted, rendering them unfit for their intended purpose. In spite of many calls over the last four months to Dean ,and his promises to attend to repairs "in the next couple of days," neither he nor any of his team have attempted to effect repairs or make further contact to arrange access to the site. He has left me no alternative but to find another plumber to do the job - and then to sue him under his guarantee and under the Consumer Guarantees Act."
