    "One of the worst customer service experiences of my life
    The truck delivering our furniture did not arrive until 9.45pm, hours later than promised. The two workers were threatening, aggressive and intimidating and refused to apologise for the delay. When I complained about the delay, I was met with the reply "come here and say that". The other threatened to drive off with our belongings or dump them on the side of the road. Aggressive attitudes and threatening behaviour aside, the… only good thing was seeing them leave. Disappointing too that Nirvana was recommended by our storage company Storage King. A complaint lodged by email the next day was ignored. NIrvana? Never again.    "
