"Liam discussed options that helped us make a decision. Transparent, efficient and the quality of work was A+. He built a new deck for the front and steps for the back with hand rails for both elderly parents, to walk up and down. They are both happy with the outcome.I would recommend Liam to anyone needing work done around the home. "

"Northwestern Builders helped us design and build a kwila large deck and pergola shade for our backyard area. The service was a breeze. Liam quoted promptly, then sorted the job from start to finish in a very skilled manner. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

"Northwestern Builders were contracted to re-clad and re-roof an old garage workshop on our property. It was later discovered that re-framing was also required. The whole process from beginning to end was professional, punctual and completed to a very high standard. I would have no reservation in recommending Liam to others and would ask him to help us again when the need arises."

"Liam did a really good job removing an old fireplace the job included sealing the inside ceiling and outside roof also replacing roof tiles and putting new skirting edging . Liam was professional, reliable and you can see he takes pride in his work. The quote for the work was good price for what was involved . Overall I'm very happy with the work done I would definitely use them again for future jobs that need doing. "

"We're incredibly happy with the fence Liam put up for us. Being on a gradient, I'm particularly impressed with the work and the finished look. "I urgently needed a really old, rickety wooden fence totally replaced. The neighbours' dogs were constantly jumping against it, snarling and barking, and I could see it falling down any time - scary! The arrangement was made one evening in a hurry, and Liam was there 2 mornings later. The fence went up very quickly, and looks brilliant - strong construction, absolutely even, with neat edges. He certainly knows how to put up a good, strong fence. I'm really pleased with Liam's work, he just… gets on with it. And it gives me peace of mind that I'm safe from the aggressive dogs."

"Liam did an outstanding job, turning our old rotten deck into a solid, stable and more functional deck. He gave us great advice and adapted to last minute changes. He kept the areas clean and tidy, came in on budget and within the expected timeframes even with the last minute add on. Cant recommend Northwestern builders enough!!

"I had some major damage due to a storm and liam took control over the situation, he also organized all the contractors and managed their work which made the whole process alot easier to deal with on my end. he done a amazing job with all the repairs at a reasonable price and even improved a few extras to help minimise future damage. I would would definitely use northwestern builders again and would highly recommended 👌 "
