  "I am sending you this note to show my appreciation for a job well done.
  What a great bunch of guys you are fortunate enough to have working for you.
  
  From the time they arrived on the job it was all go, setting up chipper, sharpening saws and checking just what had to be done. From then on it was all go no standing around talking about who does what it just happens. My wife made a cup of tea for them but odd guy came had a drink and muffin and back into it, I am not sure if they all… actually stopped as things were full on. Certainly not your usual smoko stop I was expecting.
  
  
  
  We have just finished a painting job at home what a difference, battle to find someone working!!
  
  
  
  With your gang it was quite a refreshing change to go about your own business rather than watching all was going as you wanted.
