    "Sam undertook the work on our major house renovation (conversion of a 60's house), including new bathrooms and kitchen. Sam quickly contacted us if there were any issues needing addressing and always had a good solution to offer us. He has a professional approach and the quality of his work is extemely high.     "I was recommended Pando Building from a friend and found them a pleasure to deal with.

    Straight up with information and letting me know timeframes etc. Was helpful defining the scope of the project, different ways to approach parts of the build and very flexible and supportive about what I decided etc. Kept me in the loop on costs, was very tidy in and out of the house, and was finished on time.

    We were quite conscious of budget, so Sam gave us options and let us decide the way forward… which was good, he also suggested suppliers who could help save us some $$ for cabinetry fit out which was great.

    Really nice guy - would use again.    "
