    "Rip off artists.
    After telling them the make and model of my car- they told me it would cost $250-$400 to service.
    Upon completion they told me it came to $570, because it took more oil than they thought.
    A quick google search on the car shows the car requires 5.7l of oil, which they charged for 6. So unsure why the extra .3l added atleast $170??
    Also googled the oil brand/type to find they charge over 100% mark up on oil, compared to repco prices
    Dont trust these guys with your vehicle

    "Too expensive. It is not recommended for servicing hybrid vehicles.
    They added hefty technician fees while my Wipers are still not working. After wasting a few hours, they suggest I need to replace the motor. I feel like I didn't get the value of my money.

    "Booked in online eight days prior to date requested for service. Service date confirmed promptly and time for service agreed on.Also informed that the service would take several hours, I assumed that this meant approximately 2 hours.
    Delivered the car approximately ten minutes earlier than agreed. 0900
    I returned at 1100 and my car had not been moved from where I parked it.
    I enquired as to when it would be ready and was informed that it would take most of the day as they would need to charge (EV) it, already at 99%, and it takes time to get all the battery readings etc.

    I left with my car unserviced and Pit Stop is down $180 and up one poor review

    "Not at all impressed with their 'work'. My cars accelerator was failing to work (!) so I told them everything they had to know. They said they'll replace my spark plugs (how that would relate to the accelerator I don't know). Well they got replaced but my car STILL does the same thing. I tried to start it after work but it would barely turn over. I got it going after 5 mins (didn't touch anything) but I'm NOT convinced that it's safe. When I picked my car up they said that It may play up abit as the car is still getting used to it....WTF is that supposed to mean?! I'm so not impressed. I don't just give people money for nothing but that's what it felt like."

    "They told me that I needed extensive brake work done to pass the WOF. I took the car to a brake specialist and was told it just needed new front pads. The discs and calipers were absolutely fine and no work was necessary. They also said that they doubted that Pit Stop was going to actually replace the calipers as they had only allowed 1 hour 15min for the whole job.
    I was using a GrabOne voucher for a WoF and service. They did not vacuum the car or clean the windsreen as stated on the voucher.
