"Keagan renovated 2 Bathrooms for us in March/April of 2025. His work was to a very high standard and we are very happy with the results. The detailed quote was accurate and work was completed as discussed. He worked well with his subcontractors, with no hold-ups.
Scope of work included replacement of gib, replacement of chip board floors with marine ply, Replacement of 2 toilets, 2 showers, 2 sinks and cabinets, 2 mirror cabinets. Replace tiles on floor and walls. The management of the work by Keagan was the best I've experienced. I don't hesitate in recommending this company to anyone wanting a professional project completed."

"We initially asked Keagan to take a look at three different projects. He spent some time researching and came up with some really great solutions to some tricky problems. "We engaged Keagan to replace rotten weatherboards on our house. He promptly came to assess the job and quickly came back with a solution and quote which we accepted. On commencing work he discovered that there were a few issues that needed to be sorted before replacing the boards. He came up with a solution and an indication off approximate adjusted cost which I was very happy to accept and the job was subsequently completed to my complete satisfaction. A professional response which was much appreciated."

"I contacted 3 builders to build an access ramp for a friend. Not only was Keagan's the most competitive quote, he moved jobs around to fit in this urgent job. He started the ramp 2 days later and completed it the next day, just as the homeowner returned from hospital.

"Keagan has been my go to guy for over 10 years. His jobs are always perfectly done and I’ve always found his prices to be way better than everyone else’s. "Keagan and his team are a pleasure to work with. We had a roof leak, with an unknown extent of the damages. Peters Precision Builders were responsive and quick to mobilise their team to fit us into their busy schedule. They kept us across and aware of the project scope and estimates as we reached key milestones. They managed all the subtrades and organised works well. This included scaffolding, carpentry, roofing, gib/painting, demo, etc.

When we did have issues, we were able to contact Keagan directly and he was quick to resolution and ensured that any concerns or problems were fixed and adjusted. Things don’t always go as planned, so having this transparency, access and communications was appreciated.

I would use Peters Precision Builders again and highly recommend them. They’ve earned my trust which is hard to come by in an industry fraught with cowboys!!"
