  "After 2 years of having work done on my car with Premier Mechanical they had my car all day yesterday to perform a range of repairs, service, warrant etc and when I went to pick it up they had done nothing!
  Even though they had my contact details they had made no effort to call and let me know they were busy or could not finish the work on my car for whatever reason.
  The mechanic and 2 other staff members were incredibly rude, abusive and belligerent when I queried why nothing had been done… to the car in the 7 hours they had had it, at which point they told me to "take my business elsewhere".
  
  I have never experienced this level of unprovoked abuse anywhere before and was shocked!
  
  I had to pay for 1/2 an hour's labour even though I didn't even get a warrant as they said there were several reasons for rejection (issues with the car).
  
  Within 20 minutes of leaving Premier I had been issued a warrant from another reputable Helensville mechanic who said he "could find nothing at all wrong with my car".
  
  I have now booked in to have all the other work done with the mechanic who did issue the warrant and funnily enough it will be about $300 - $400 cheaper than Premier; so really their appalling service has done me a favour!
  
  However, I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a good price, friendly service and work done in a timely manner does not visit Premier."

  "would rate communication at a mius rating if i could,,rude, arrogant, thinks he knows all but doesn\'t..controls the monopoly in helensville and dobs in others who try to start panel beating/spraypainting businesses to shut them down..overpriced work and if he can\'t use pick-a-part he\'s a bit lost."
