Their service was quick prompt and nothing was too much for them. They moved me and then the next morning dropped off some furniture to my daughters as well. At all times were polite and caring about my treasures. 1 light unfortunately broke which they promptly fixed and returned the next day . Now that is what I call service above and beyond! 93%"Moving in my book is a horrendous experience. I wasn’t looking forward to this at all. Jamie Hood and Pro Movers made my anxiety and worries disappear. We started with a walk through with Jamie . Shifting began with just two men but later got to 5.
What impressed me the most was their quiet efficiency. They very quickly got the job done because there was no wasted time. The men were all fit and strong and nothing seemed a bother. The destination was a Storage building. Unloading was quick… so there was time for some fun with my hats. I would have loved to have seen that.
Great bunch of men well lead by a good leader. I would recommend Jamie and Pro-movers to anyone.

I received a text the night before confirming the times for the following day, and they arrived on time. Jamie's initial response to my contact was very quick and accommodating to our changing situation. During the move their handling of our items was excellent and their communication when on site was reassuring. Very personable and polite guys, nothing was a problem.

They were fantastic. Jamie and his team turned up spot on time and did a great job. There were some awkward lifts, since some large items of upstairs furniture had to be carried downstairs at the old house and upstairs at the new one. At one stage they thought they might have to partially dismantle some items (which they were prepared to do) but in the end… after much twisting and turning they managed to get them downstairs in one piece. And no scratches/marks at all on either the furniture or the walls! We were very impressed with them and on the basis of this one experience of using them I would strongly recommend them. I couldn’t fault them.
