"Really happy with the work completed. A great company to deal with in all areas from booking the work in to having it completed. Our hot water cylinder needed replacing just before Christmas. They were really helpful in organising this. The guy who completed the work was very thorough and explained all the details of the work. It wasn't straightforward as some shelves had to be removed and he was able to do this and put them back in."

"We were extremely happy with the work Ross and the team did for us. We undertook some reno's to our kitchen and fitted out a complete new bathroom.

Their work, and work ethic is as good as we've ever experienced. They were happy to spend time with us to work out our needs, and offered design and hardware advice prior to the work which was invaluable. They listened to what we were trying to achieve, and helped us save money by recommending cost effective ways to achieve this, while still getting a top notch result.

All work was undertaken to the highest standard, they were reliable, and awesome to deal with. Ross even came back over to help get our water temperature right at no extra cost.

"Can't recommend our local family run plumbers from Proline enough. Ross is our go to plumber and has been for years. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
We had to call him out recently as our toilet was blocked. We thought we were looking at thousands of dollars for tank pump outs and a new pump etc, long story short, Ross turned up within an hour to take a look first and had our system running again in no time. Very efficient, friendly and reasonably priced - happy customers here."

"Very disappointed with our recent experience after having Proline do a few jobs for us in the past. They weren't able to fix a constant drip from our hot water cylinder despite telling me it was an easy fix. When called back, they repeatedly ranted in a somewhat unprofessional manner that the current state of drip (no different from before the repair) is expected behaviour. They shouldn't have attended to our job at all if they didn't think it needed to be fixed and didn't know how to fix it. And now I'm back at square one needing to call a new plumber plus this bill."

"Our toilet sistern was continually running and even with short notice due to pre-Christmas, Rob was able to squeeze us in very promptly. "I had my usual registered plumber but he had a bout of pneumonia couple months ago and even though he was keen to do the job, he had bailed after a few trips into the job. I’ve used him for several other jobs, but this one required him to be a team player which he was clearly not.
The other tradies had to tiptoe around him. And they started telling me he is difficult. My partner wanted to end his service on the day he himself quitted. So that was good!
In my desperation, I looked to no cowboys site and found Proline and Ross and I know I’m the luckiest person getting the BEST plumber on the same day that I had called.
Ross is professional, proactive, works well, and arrived promptly.
He helped fix three things my builder, who told me he is also a plumber, had done in the plumbing side of things, he clearly was a cowboy,
Ross put right serious issues -
Else I would have a ‘****ty’ problems;
Now I can laugh about it but when I was going thru it, I could easily succumbed to a meltdown.
A tiled box to hide the pipes had been done by the builder behind the new toilet suite, which the tiler had to cut open to enable Ross to fix right the wrong.
- the shower slider fixed by the builder who self professed is a plumber, had valves at the mixer which had not been tuned, which means we will experience sudden hot, sudden cold water for he rest of our shower life! Boohoohoo!
- Ross showed me another small step he did to the mixer which differientes a no cowboy from a cowboy!
- finally, Ross will return to do some more job in the kitchen and also repair another leak in the toilet as the pop up waste finished off by the same builder was not sealed and leaking after each use!
I can’t wait to have Ross back to complete the job so I can enjoy a brand new kitchen, bathroom and toilet."

"I had a burst pipe, got a phone call from Watercare to say my water bill is nearly $1000 that month. I was really in a hurry try to find someone to help. I called a few big plumbing companies, they all told me that they couldn't make it the same day. Then I got in touch with Ross. Ross came around in about 2 hours time, fixed the issue very quickly. That time I was not home, and Ross did everything just by communicate with me over the phone. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone."
