  "Very poor service all over form Quinovic. I have been a owner of investment property for 20 years and have had many property managers but needing one in Wellington for the first time I chose QUINOVIC KENT TERRACE and they were so bad I had to withdraw my property from them. They came over all smiles and said they would get $550 pw for the property (I had previously got $500 pw with an old kitchen in it, now redone). Then they did not advertise the property until I reminded them many times and… eventually they got some young guys in for $420 pw and they did not look after the property.
  
  Do not use QUINOVIC at all they may be big but not good service at all."

  "Terrible experience with this outfit. Does not perform to an adequate standard of a Property Manager. Wouldn\'t recommend. Have to take them to Court to get something done, and even then still waiting for a result. "

  "I have never come across people more rude than Quinovic Property Management - they are horrible and have breeched the tenancy rights in multiple fields.

  - You won\'t get your bond back, they wll charge fees on top,if they decide to sell they get nasty.

  stay away - cant tell details as proceeding court"
