    "Last weekend I had a side panel accident and rang RJ DON’S phone line first thing on the Monday morning
    Right from the onset these people were helpful and willing to make my situation as comfortable and stress less as possible
    I was advised to bring the vehicle in straight away and the chap on the phone said they would access it – when I arrived, I was greeted but a friendly face that felt like he knew his way around this type of “thing” . I advised that I had sold the truck and was… to pick up the new one that day – clearly that wasn’t going to happen

    I handed over the key and was given to my surprize a “loaner” right there and then – the staff member Robert told me that he would do his best to have the vehicle ready by Friday and sure enough it was – wow!!

    The service I encountered in my opinion outstanding and the follow up during the week from the customer service people [Katie and co] was brilliant – at all segments of the repair I was kept informed …

    I did smile to myself when she quipped that they [RJ DONS] put their repaired vehicles back together better than new – but the result I saw with my own certainly bears that out

    This note is written because we often hear of the negative tones around these sorts of business, but the service and backup from [RJ DONS] was quite extraordinary – and I felt compelled to let everyone know

    Well done RJ DONS you guys are bloody legends

    "I Went here after the initial panel beater AMI chose quoted me 2 weeks before my car could be seen. I switched to R J Don who managed to take my car in within a few days of inspecting the car.

    I needed dents and scrapes sorted out along the entire drivers side of the vehicle after someone moved into my lane without looking while we were on the motor way. The damage was quite bad but they had my car looking as good as new within a week and also supplied a Loan vehicle on short notice after… an incident with the one we were initially using put it out of action.

    On top of doing a great job, I found R J Don very efficient, honest and polite to deal with and they communicate and update you along the way. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to deal with a reliable outfit.

    Please note my rating on value for money isn't entirely accurate as this was an insurance job so I don't know about the price.    "

    "The work ordered to be done excellent, communications also excellent, their service was really good taking me home and picking me couldn't wish.for better. But they spoilt everything when I paid and collected my car I noticed that there was now a nasty small dent on the body near rear passengers door. I pointed this out but was told that as they had polished the area it made it stand out. This really spoiled an excellent standard of workmanship. Everyone makes a mistake occasionally but the one… who owns up to it is admired. So it does reflect on the overall rating my rating is now 40%"

    "Fantastic service and fantastic quality of workmanship. Job was completed well within the given timeframe and the standard of repairs was outstanding. Customer service was amazing with all of my phonecalls returned promptly. Courtesy car was clean and tidy. Thanks RJ Dons :)"

    "Had the most pleasant experience with them, apart from the work being carried out to a high standard, the service was outstanding. They helped install my car seat to the courtesy car they provided, and again when I returned it, they helped reinstall to my car. They were always friendly, returned my phone calls promptly, fixed an issue I had with the courtesy car provided efficiently."

    I would just like to say a BIG thanks to the team for your work on my car it looks fantastic!
    Not only did you fix what needed to be fixed you went the extra mile and touched up all the bits that were obvious AND cleaned my car and wheels, it looks like a new car again.
    Also thanks for providing me with a courtesy car this was a big help when one is use to the flexibility of their own car.
    And lastly thanks for your friendly approach and the attitude that… nothing is too much to do.

    I would recommend you to anyone who needs your type of service and this is why I have used you each time I have needed.

    "Repairs were done to a very high standard - were told car would be ready in one week, but after 4 days the repairs had been completed. When I picked the car up it looked better than new, and had a full valet. They loaned me a late model courtesy car at no cost to me. I highly recommend this repairer."

    "The work took far to long with little communication then when I got my car back, I had to return it again so they could fix a number of things. Also about 6 months after first taking the car in, I am still waiting for the second door remote / key to be provided that they lost and were ment to of replaced. The manager will lie to your face and promise things that he has no intention of delivering on time."
