  "Dodgy outfit. Refused to comeback to complete a job because they had a fallout with their plumber that started the job who had since left their business. On employing a different company soon realised they well & truely overcharged for what work was done. "

  "Had these guys out several times. $1000 spent and no result. Really apathetic and say they not to blame. Don't go to them my drains still blocked and I still have leak and they now say to go to someone else. Cowboys."

  "We called RL Jeffries Plumbing Limited to sort out a blocked toilet .They came along a used a plunger which got the toilet semi working .Charged us $175 for this a week later the toilet still blocked So we rung RL Jeffries Plumbing Limited to get them to come and sort it out .One would think this work come under workmanship warranties.BUT NO THEY Wanted to charge us again for there bad workmanship .We at Rockbind wont use these ripoffs again and would not want anyone to use these guys . "

  "We employed R L Jeffries twice. The first time we were desperate as water was gushing everywhere. They arrived promptly, spent about 10 minutes fixing the problem and charged $150 for labour +GST. The part cost $10. The problem reappeared and they returned and replaced two parts and charged $150 + GST for labour - their minimum charge. They were there approximately 15 minutes. The parts cost $23 + GST. They are a rip off. I would definitely NOT recommend this Company."

  "Called Jeffries for a quote to repair a leak. Got told that a builder would be needed. Got charged $172 for the quote!
  Paid the bill but very disappointing. In addition, the advice given for fixing the leak proved to be wrong. "

  "Jeffries Plumbing were very reliable and did what they said they would do. Job was done on time and my tenants were very happy. The job was carried well and tidy in a professional way. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to do roofing and plumbing works. Their may not be the lowest."

  " We contracted RL Jeffries Plumbing to install a Solar Hot Water Heating System. Really impressed with the system installed and the electrical sub-contracted work. Craig\'s advice and help in obtaining the Council\'s permit and explanation of what to expect of the system was appreciated. Since installation our power costs have dropped considerably. Would recommend RL Jefferies Plumbing as a company to perform a top job.

  "They did not turn up when asked and two phone calls later. Charged additional time and would not listen to us when we tried to talk to them. The old lady who works there is a right old bitch who could use customer service training. Unfortuntely after talking to a few people about my experience it is not the first time this kind of thing has happened.

  I would not recommend them at all."

  "First time i have used RL Jeffries and they were fantastic. Job was quoted for and completed and they worked within my timeframe regarding work. Communication was quick and clear. Would highly reccommend RL Jeffries and would happily use them again."
