    "Useless service, went to get a sub and radio installed. Arrived saturday morning and was told only one of the parts had arrived so would have to come back again next weekend to install the other part. it was now the following saturday and we were told the job would take 2 hours (be ready at 12pm), we came back at 12.30 and they said its not far away. 1.30pm and car was still not ready! We were stuck walking round k road for another half an hour (2pm) when they rang and said we will have to use their loan car as there has been a problem with the sub installment and the car now wont start. More efficient communication would have been key here."

    "Only one place to go for installation or supply of your InCar, I have used these guys multiple times over the years and never been disappointed. Usually I have purchased equipment off Rapid Radio and installed under their guidance, this time they installed a new DD unit, reverse camera and steering wheel interface, all works perfect, done on budget and I picked up before rush hour"

    "i do not know how they run their business, they have no clue what customer service means. A man working their whos name is MARK, who has been mentioned in a review on this website earlier is a total nutcase. he has no sense of business and is very very rude. He does not know how to talk to customers and is very offensive. he makes the customer feel like he is dumb and that he must only leave the shop after buying something. and he tells you the most rubbish brands in the world that you have never heard of are the best brands in the world(some chinese made $2 shop stuff). He acts smart very every comment he makes. I DO NOT reccomend going there you will get harrased!!! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!"

    "Highly knowledgeable staff who quickly found solutions for a somewhat non-standard installation. I went in for an initial appraisal where we worked through requirements . I was offered a range of days for the install. 3 days later I took the car in. They began work but encountered a problem and contacted me. We sorted it out, ordered the kit required and I took the car back the following day for completion. My only gripe concerns the time taken to have the billing ready. The delay caused me to get caught in rush hour traffic but it was school holidays...so no biggie. Apart from that, a good result. They didn't clean up very well - I found some connectors and other minor electrical items in the car. Staff were good to deal with and had plenty of time for a chat. They are not cheap but neither is the result. Purchase in confidence."

    "Rapid radio came with great recommendations. But I think they are relying on previous years. Not good now. Car radio installation was faulty had to take it back. The male receptionist behind the counter has to be the rudest service person I have come across in years. When I asked what sort of fascia was going around my stereo the reply was "How the hell should I know, the boys in the workshop will sort it out". Spent 1 1/2 hours waiting for the stereo to be installed and listening to him be rude to other customers which he did on 3 occasions."
