"I choose Lee because of his extremely high satisfaction rating and contacted him. I was impressed by his attitude and enthusiasm, plus his close proximity. After a walk through the property to determine the work, he presented a price for both cleaning and spider removal, which was bang on my expectation.
We had some ups and downs with getting the work going, between his busy schedule and some horrendous weather. During his work time he was diligent, effective and considerate. He worked hard and left the place clean and tidy.
I will not only recommend him to others, but intend to use his services again in the future. I can't offer a better recommendation than that.
As they say, the reward for a job well done is to be able to repeat it,."

"We had used Lee earlier last year to clear our gutters and were impressed with the effectiveness of the technique he used and the end product. We therefore called Lee back to clean our two storey house. We can comfortably say that it has never been cleaned so well and thoroughly, including those areas which are difficult to reach. Notably Lee paid particular care when working around and cleaning the windows (on wooden frames, and therefore with gaps) in order to prevent chemical splatter ingressing the house. On completion, Lee reinspected the work done and 'retouched' where necessary. We have been very pleased with Lee's work and will definitely have him again."

"This is the second time Lee has done work for me. He had to clean mould and grime off the aluminium window frames, (an awful job actually) clean the windows and then waterblast the deck. As before Lee got straight onto the job. He has such a high standard - every window and frame were perfectly cleaned and the deck looks amazing. 5 stars"

"Fantastic work. Last year, Lee did a great job cleaning my upholstery, and carpet.
That is why I got Lee to clean the roof, gutters, exterior wash of the house, water blast the driveway, fence and backyard. Also got him to clean the windows inside and outside, including the aluminium joinery. Could not be happier with the quality of his work. He is thorough, meticulous, and a perfectionist. "Lee did an awesome job cleaning our overgrown gutters, washing the windows, and doing a soft wash on the entire (three level) house. We were keen on the soft wash option since we have a aluminium clad Lockwood home. The place is now sparkling clean!! He is very thorough, highly efficient, professional, and has all the necessary tools and equipment for the job. He is also a really nice person, and our dog loved him, which is a great sign!! He multi-tasked: cleaning Venetians, vacuuming, cleaning carpet, washing windows (in and out) and wiping down woodwork and light fittings, water blasting our pavers, cleaning the solar panels. "Lee is AWESOME. I have a large house with roof windows and a glass pool fence and I know it would take me more than a day to clean, so I expected him to show up with a couple of extra hands... he didn't. He came alone and did the whole job himself in only a few hours. I was so impressed. He is a perfectionist and works hard, no mucking around. He didn't even stop for lunch. His prices are great too. I am going to have him back regularly."

"We were referred to Lee by a friend of ours who highly reccomended Lee to us and we were most impressed with his service.
