"So RELIABLE!!! Stan and his team were everything we would want in a removal company. They were cheerful, careful, obliging and nothing was a problem. We had some heavy pieces & some delicates ones too, and they treated our possessions with respect. The boys were fun to have on the job and made what can be a very stressful time, almost enjoyable :) Thanks Stan, we will be recommending you to anyone who wants a great moving experience."

"We used Reliable Removals previously and they were good so we decided to use them again however this time things were very different. The van did not show up at 9am as promised and after a number of attempts to find out what was happening it turned out that they had double booked us and outsourced our move to another firm. The other firm's van turned up at 6:30pm - over 9 hours late - and we eventually finished the move at 2:30am. The worst part was that we kept being told by both firms that… "the van was on the way" so we couldn't even go and do something else but ended up waiting at the house all day for for them. They really should change their name to Unreliable Removals and based on this experience I cannot recommend strongly enough that you should avoid."

"We had heaps of stuff and a very heavy super king size electric bed and it all went across like a breeze. The team are very friendly, polite and professional. They worked quickly for 8 hours straight on the sunny 28 degrees day of our move. We would recommend this crew to anyone without hesitation. They were awesome."

"Our move was done very last minute with only 2 days notice and these guys were fantastic accommodating our move needs. Pick up was from 2 addresses in Takapuna with one being really hard work down a steep driveway, where the truck couldn't get down, meaning manually walking everything up. The guys were amazing hard workers and then they had to drive to Wanganui to unload. On arrival Ben and Steve were happy and obliging and still gave it their all after a mammoth day! Would seriously… recommend these guys to anyone wanting movers and wouldn't hesitate to have them do work for us in the future. Thanks very much Reliable Furniture Removals. Cheers Lisa"

"The three big extremely strong and fast-moving guys Stan sent for my big move (I have very heavy oak and kauri furniture) were fast, strong, accommodating and stayed cheerful through a long eight-hour day. I could not fault them - nothing was too hard. Stan was prompt to respond to every query, his people turned up for the job early, he organised a bigger truck immediately when it became obvious this was needed. These guys are just outstanding. FIVE STAR RECOMMENDATION"

"We ran into some trouble during our rental move and found we weren’t going to be able to complete the job on time, nor fit what we needed to onto a trailer. We contacted Reliable Furniture Removals and were so thankful they could accomodate us with movers that day! The boys worked fast, professionally and there was absolutely zero damage, it was also SO affordable and really helped us out during a stressful time. Apologies for the late review, but just know the service was much appreciated.… 10/10"

"Reliable furniture removals come highly recommended by me. They arrived at agreed time and got onto the job immediately and kept pushing to get the job done ahead of time. They were careful with my goods. A jolly group of guys who were respectful of my property, furniture and my family. There pricing was also good. Tried to make the move in one load but I had too much to move in one load. These guys stayed on till the job was done. Much appreciated. Will indefinately use them again. Great job… guys!"

"We have moved 5 times in the last 10 years and these guys are by far the best we’ve ever used. Courteous, professional, fast, fit... they arrived on time and got straight into it, moving our entire 5 bedroom house in one go before even breaking for a late lunch! Well packed into a large clean truck. No damage to anything. All done with a smile! Simply the best. Couldn’t rate highly enough. "

"Highly recommend using this great team of movers. We used them moving from our rental in St Heliers which was down a crazy narrow tree-lined driveway with a receding wall. Yet the team managed to come up with some creative solutions and a never-say-no attitude.
Ben and Stan (their huge van) and Stan's dad were reliable and punctual from the start. They rang us to say that they were on the way and when their truck could not get down the driveway and we had to get a gardener to clear some of… the plants in the way, they waited patiently. They were efficient, cheerful and completed the job in 3 plus hours even though it was getting very dark and the delay with the blocked driveway took an hour plus longer than everyone had planned. No breakages and everything put just where we needed it to be. Thank you guys! We will not hesitate to use you again!"

"We moved from Auckland to Hamilton last week. The team kept me updated of their location before they were arriving. Stan and Ben arrived early, very professional, polite and friendly. Tyson also joined later on. The team was strong, relaxed yet careful with our furniture.
