"I would highly recommend Dave and the guys to anyone looking to have some work done on their homes. I was completely out of my comfort zone with this project that needed to be done, but everything was looked after for me. Dave and his team are complete professionals; straight up with me; kept me informed right through out; tight on his quote and sticking to it; always on time; always tidied up and managed the time well even with lock downs.
They made a stressful time much bearable and even managed to keep us in the house when other companies said we would need to move out during the project.
Great bunch of guys too who were fun to have around. Again, would highly recommend."

"Dave and the team at Result Construction completed an extension to our house in early 2018. This included a bathroom, WIR and sitting/dining room. Dave was fantastic to work with, provided great advice on design and build, worked closely with our architect and with council and delivered a fantastic result. The contractors Dave used (painting, electrical, plumbing etc) were high quality professional tradies.

The quality of the work was exceptional (if something wasn't 100% Dave would get them back to fix it), and to top it all off we came in under budget!

Dave's team were always polite and professional. We had a newborn baby, two young children, and at one point were living without a bathroom for 4 weeks. The team worked around our family respectfully, whilst keeping the project going with urgency. We missed them when they finished!

We highly recommend Dave and his team for any new build or renovation."

"Very impressed with all aspects of the job done by Dave and his team. It was a challenging project as we replaced virtually half the house including bathroom and toilet in the middle of winter while we were living in it. The team were very accommodating and did all they could to make it as painless as possible. As is fairly normal due to the age of the house we struck some unexpected snags but Dave was always upfront, ready to discuss options and let us know the impact on the timeline and budget. His communication was first rate throughout including detailed invoices with time sheets and full bills of materials from all suppliers.
I have no hesitation in recommending Result Construction for any renovation work"

"David is a well experienced builder with a "can-do" attitude, who delivered and managed a large renovation of most of my house for me. Everything stayed on budget (except where I chose to change things or there were unanticipated issues uncovered during the reno). There were a couple of small issues with work done by Dave's team, but he unhesitatingly came back and fixed them himself which was really great. Good job!"

He has also tendered and won a number of other design projects that I have given him the opportunity to price and build. Their testimonials will speak for themselves, however I have always liked Dave's no BS approach to getting the job done. His estimates are on point; his scheduling is very accurate (notwithstanding the effect of client changes that inevitably push things out!); his ability to think ahead and ask for clarification regarding scope and detail; his attention to detail; his genuine concern for producing quality work; and his ability to get his subbies on site when required are all testaments to his building smarts. "We highly recommend Result Construction for any building work and project management. Dave and his crew were recommended to use by our architect and we found all of them to be extremely hard working, honest and reliable. It was our first experience with adding onto our home and while most people say renovations are stressful, we can honestly say it was fun, interesting and not stressful at all (and we had a 6 month old baby during the process!). Dave handled everything and we really could trust him.

We had a little issue with the grout in the new bathroom, and Dave sorted that out and organised for it to be fixed at no cost to us. He was professional and apologetic and compensated us with a big bucket of cedar oil as a sorry for the hassle.

The final cost came in at pretty much what was quoted too, so that is a bonus.

Thanks guys for building our new entranceway, bedroom and ensuite, we have had so many comments on the house!"
