    "The job seemed competent and was efficient when they were there. However, it took 3 calls and numerous texts to get hold of them. Unfortunately too, Jason made the decision for me to do a temporary fix, rather than discuss the options of a more permanent solution. Having had the temporary fix, we contacted them to ask if we could book in a recoat as per their recommendation and after numerous text and call attempts have given up trying to book in the work. Very disappointed in the customer… service."

    "Jason was friendly and professional. The job took a bit longer than expected due to delays in supplies and some bad weather - but these were no fault of Jason or his team. In fact the team worked on two Saturdays to try and make up some time. The price was good and as Rhino have their own scaffolding this also made a difference. Although Jason always responded to my calls/text, sometimes it would have been good to have a bit more communication on when his team would be onsite or any delays… etc. I have a dog and unfortunately my gate was left open a number of times which wasn't good. The team did a good job of clearing up when they had finished the job. Overall though the job was done and I'm happy with it. I would use Rhino again."
