    "I have finally found an Auto Service Centre where the word Service actually means something.
    Booking was easy, service was performed as requested with extras done at no expense, great communication throughout and a loan car available if I wanted it.
    In my experience a great service culture is driven by the Owner or Manager and permeates throughout the business. The end result is a win-win for Customers and Staff and a rare find these days

    "I am so relieved to find an excellent company as Rodney Auto Centre that really puts the customer first and is so highly qualified and explains things as they go. Always friendly, always smiling, and they go above and beyond the call of duty! They cover everything from A to Z so you don't need to go from place to place. As a female it is such a relief to have such a competent, skilled team that really do care about you and your vechicle that you can trust.     "Summary: great workshop, reliable and quality work.
    Work ethic: they do their best all the time and goes extra mile to service the car.
    Comms skill: always let me know in advance and suggestions which gives me an option to choose at my own time.
    Finance: very reasonable price considering their quality of work. I pay for their quality of work, it is cheaper in the long run. Properly fixed !

    Outcome: I do not think I would like to go elsewhere to have all my cars maintained. They do their best to even service my old car (that used to have intermittent problems-very hard to fix). Also, they go extra mile to find my truck tyres and clean my dirty cars despite their busy schedule.

    I know for many years having my car maintained there and I will guarantee this is the best workshop.

    "My first experience at RodneyAutoCentre was excellent, however, I was disappointed with my second (and now last) experience. A job that should have taken only a day to do took 2 days due to the garage's unreliable choice of tyre suppliers. Whilst some of the circumstances may have been out of the garage’s control, I feel that Dean did not make a full attempt to keep me as a valued customer due to the inconvenience I experienced during the process. RodneyAutoCentre is better than some of the garages that I have experienced on the hibiscus coast but I have yet to find one that I can have 100% confidence in and feel valued as a customer."

    "Firstly I would like to say the the vehicle only took two days to repair as the freight company, not the tyre supplier or us let everybody down. The customer had a free courtesy the entire time that was pre arranged on drop off. At all times the customer was made aware of the problem and was kept fully up to date. We actually had the vehicle ready to go later on the first day, but as we were running out of time, we (the customer and us) decided that a pick up the following morning would be more suitable. Therefore making it two days. In that time our groomer detailed the car inside and out. Following this, the customer called to tell us that the keys for the courtesy car had been lost. (now found). We immediately left with their car and delivered it to their house in Gulf Harbour. We took our spare keys and returned to the work shop with our car. This took an hour to do and was not charged to the customer. I find it unfortunate that the customer is not happy as there really was no inconvenience. We kept an open and ongoing dialogue at all times. We made all necessary apologies and did everything we could to make amends. We pride ourselves on excellent service and reliability. I am happy to talk in person about this issue with the customer at any stage. I am disappointed that although we did everything possible, and more than 99% of garages would do, we can still not make you happy. "

    "We have used Rodney Autocentre since 2013. They service and warrant our company vehicles. Owner Dean Aspinall is highly efficient and offers our company great service in terms of picking up and dropping off vehicles. They are very accommodating, great to deal with and well priced. The staff are always friendly and keen to help.
    I would recommend Rodney Autocentre to anyone.

    "Dean organised the replacement Honda fog lamp and fitted it with the minimum of delay and this is just another piece of excellent service that we have come to expect. We have used Rodney Auto Centre for about three years, for both cars, and can't fault the service in any way. Always friendly, efficient and affordable."

    "With little to no insight about cars or the cost of jobs, I received a quote from Pitstop and had this checked over by Dean and his team. He informed me that the quoted not only was the quote excessively inflated, but also that the majority of did not need to be done!

    "This is one mechanic I trust the most.

    Reason:

    -Ever since taking my car to Dean\'s workshop, I have never had a problem and the bill was always reasonable price.

    -They inform me what needs to be fixed now, its reason and its consequence should I chose not to;

    -If I don\'t understand clearly, Dean explains further.

    -Courtesy car hire for free whilst my car was on repair.

    -Extra service of having the car washed at the end of the each repair with a rose left in the car. - Any problem, Dean openly says to come and get it checked out.

    I trust this workshop more than any other place including any major brand dealers. If people don\'t want to get ripped off, then go here. I\'m speaking from my experience at other workshop.

    "I have been dealing with Rodney Auto Services since Dean took over the former Hilltop Motors
    . Right from the start I have received competent and very efficient service, both for my previous car and the one I have now. I am 80 years old and have no family living nearby, and Dean helped me with advice on the choice this car, and checked it out and performed necessary repairs.
    In addition I consider that I am always treated in a friendly and respectful way.
    Also, the free carwash after service is an added bonus.

Rodney AutoCentre has been in Silverdale since 2007. We are associated with Albany AutoCentre in Albany who have been opperating for over ten years.

What we do
We can carry out all of your vehicles Service, WOF & Repair requirements.

At Rodney AutoCentre we pride ourselves on quality workmanship, timely turn around & accurate pricing.
We are Silverdales only AA and MTA Licensed repairer.

We also carry out in house electrical repairs, computer diagnostics, exhaust repairs, clutch replacement, brakes, automatic transmission flushing, batteries in stock.
Any other repair that can not be carried out in-house can be organised for you at no additional cost or additional mark up in price.

We have six loan cars that are free of charge. These cars are available only by prior arrangement. Please also note the fuel is not free, just like a rental car you are required to return the vehicle with a full tank.
