    "Tee finished roof reconditioning on 24.05.23. In January 24 the roof showed rust and the paint looked as it had never dried and was running. Tee does not respond to my messages, phone calls or emails. He also not responded to NO Cowboys email. "

    "We enaged Tee to repoint a concrete tile roof on a rental property in Panmure in June 2022 and to replace any broken tiles he might find while up there. His price was reasonable and the work seemed ok, however, we have subsequently had a leak and found it to be coming from a broken tile that he patched rather than replaced and then screwed into the adjacent tiles. We have since tried to get him back to replace the patched tile but our calls and emails have been ignored so we have engaged… another roofer to do the work instead. The feedback from the other roofer on Tee's patchup was not complimentary and we were disappointed that he did not have the courtesy to respond to any of our phone or email messages."

    "We had a leak in our garage roof, and in a recent downpour also had a leak inside the house. We had already booked Tee to work on the garage. When we advised him of the house leak as well he came immediately to fix this. Tee had a very helpful, professional approach, working steadily through the many bursts of rain to get the roof fixed. I will definately be asking Tee to do some more roof maintenance for us and can highly recommend him for value, reliability, good communication, useful advice… and professionalism."

    "I first hired Tee to quote to re roof a unit in Glenfield. Tee inspected and recommended that the roof only required repair and full recoating, saving me some expense. His price was reasonable and his work ethic was absolutely exceptional.
    As a result, l hired Tee again this year to refurbish the roof area on our other unit in Birkenhead. He assessed the work and made suggestions to repair other areas that I had not thought of. Again his work was exceptional and are so impressed. Tee is also… a delightful character. (especially if you give him lunch!)    "

    "Tee answered our email as we had a leaking roof during the heavy rains in early 2023. (concrete tile roof from the 1970s)
    He came around promptly , explained the problem , sent a quote through quickly and was on site within a week to install a new valley fitting.
    Fixed other minor issues and gleaned our gutters and cleared a blocked downpipe.
    He's a really great guy and I can understand why he has so many good reviews.
    Very highly recommended.     "

    "Our roof suffered a bit of damage during the last flood events. Tee was there the next day to fix the broken tiles and stop the leaks. And a week later he brought all the gear to clean fix and paint the roof. The roof looks amazing now. "

    "Tee repointed our roof and replaced some cracked tiles in November. He got the job done quickly. We are happy with the repointing work, however, not with the replacement tiles. We discussed with Tee about colour matching the replacements, and made it clear that we did not want mismatched tiles on our roof. We were disappointment to discover that he went ahead and used mismatched tiles. Tee has not yet responded to our calls and messaging - we still hope that Tee will do the right thing and put… this right."

    "Tee took on the sizable job of replacing my 80 year old concrete tile roof with a long-run steel roof in the middle of winter. With heavy rain due to arrive the following week, he worked inhumanly hard over a weekend to get the roof covered before the rain arrived. The result looks great and has kept my household dry and my mind at ease during many days of wet weather. Tee is a pleasure to deal with and a master of his trade, and I would recommend his services without hesitation."

He has a tremendous work ethic, truly an inspiration to see how much he got through each day. He was flexible with working around me as I fixed up cladding and gutters and offered great advice.     "Tee did the most fantastic job. He had to work around some pretty awful weather and so decided to begin work on a Sunday (I just couldn't believe how much he got done), back on Monday and 12 hours later the entire roof is waterblasted and all of the pointing redone - then rain for 2 days so back bright and early on Thursday and again, 12 hours later the roof is painted with primer plus 2 coats of paint. I simply couldn't recommend this man highly enough, he's a machine!!"

    "Tee inspected my roof & gave me a full explanation of the problem, the remedy, & the cost. Other companies had advised more expensive work, so Tee discussed these options with me & I felt comfortable in going with his advice - at half the cost.
    He took photos before & after so I clearly understood what work he had undertaken. At all times he was professional and courteous. My neighbour saw the great job he did & asked for Tee's contact details, which I was very happy… to give. I would 100% recommend Tee for any building work.    "

    "Really pleased with the end result of our Full re roof. Tee went out of his way to complete the job before the weather deteriated. We had issues with suppliers not wanting to deliver to our rural location. Tee organised and hired the equipment to bring the iron to site himself. So pleased we went with Tees suggestion of covering the bargeboard to avoid the need to paint in the future. Quote was reasonable, we certainly didn't feel ripped off and he was great to work with. I would have no… hesitation in recommending Roof NZ for any work - in fact people from the neighbourhood watching our progress have also contracted Tee. The proof is in what you see.     "After getting several quotes from roofing companies I engaged the services of Tee at Roof NZ. His quote was really great and below other companies that were to be honest miss quoting as they could not even be bothered to visit the property and quoted by using google street view. Tee came to the house and got up on the house and garage roofs and gave a fantastic quote. Tee explained that the previous owners of the property had roofed over the top of an old roof and that the gutters were the… wrong style and that is where our problems were coming from. We had Tee reroof both the house and garage including replacement of all the gutters.

    Tee was always there early and would leave normally after dark (such a hard worker) until the job was done. I would recommend his services to anybody looking to have roofing done. Thanks Tee for the amazing job we are extremely pleased with it.    "

    "The communication from start to finish has been amazing from Tee. He arrived when he said he would arrive & started when he said he would start. I had tried reaching out to a number of other companies for a quote with no luck. When I finally recieved a call back / quote, it was well over the amount quoted by Tee & had alot of additional costs. Tee has been open & transparent from the begining and has advised exactly how it would work. Once the job was completed, he ensured the… site was clean and tidy and all the rubbish was taken away.     "We booked Tee after he did a great job for our neighbour, he was very efficient, always on time and quick to respond to any emails. Our roof was completely done in 2 days which included all the old roofing materials being taken away and the property left tidy, Tee even spotted an issue with one of the downpipes as he was leaving and quickly fixed it for us without charge.

    "Tee came highly recommended and exceeded expectations. Our house he was reroofing is up a slope in the bush, so would have been a pain to do, but he was fast and friendly. We ended up being out of town the day he did most of the work and came home to a new roof and no trace of the old one, and with the place tidier than when started.     "What a rip-off. Charged me $574.99 to re-fix a piece of clear-lite roofing sheet ( one screw) and check the guttering was clear. The whole job took 43 minutes plus travel, I would have expected an invoice of say $150.00 + GST. I email him to check the invoice, thinking it was a mistake, but he came back saying " the leaking repair we charge $300 - $500.00 & cleaning gutters is $300.00, but only charged $250.00 for the roof & $250.00 for the gutters + GST, and never charge hourly to… repair a job". My new company providing rental inspections for private landlords, WILL NOT be using this company, in fact I have now remove them from our data base."

    "Hi MIke, we appreciate your feedback. We have received a email from Mike and he was not happy with the invoice,We have sent him a new invoice, reducing cost, of $150 plus gst . We have tried reasoning with MIke by making this reduction and have visited him a few times to resolve issue and have had no outcome. We were fair with invoice amount and did the job correctly. We take great pride in looking after our customers, this is why we reduced invoice from $574.99 to $175.00 including gst."

    "We had our roof fully replaced by Tee at RoofNZ and I'd happily recommend him to anyone wanting their roof replaced or fixed. Having a roof done is a fairly major undertaking so we got several quotes and Tee was the most prompt to call back, quickly came out to quote and was cost competitive. Some companies didn't even call back so the choice of RoofNZ was a no brainer.
    Tee is polite, punctual and an all round nice guy. He does quality work and at no point did I feel like he was charging me… for items I didn't need or work that didn't need doing. He even installed my new TV aerial for me.

    The whole job including removal of all the waste was done in just a few days and came to exactly what he quoted. Highly Recommended!    "

    "We hired Tee to replace our roof and guttering. He took pride in is work and strived to do a good job for a fair price. He was conscientious and worked long hours to get it finished before the rain came again. He was accommodating taking on all the related tasks. He was careful to remove any rubbish and leave the roof and surrounds clean of debris. He is very friendly and respectful and finished the job before our deadline. We would happily use him again!

    "Tee did a fantastic job of re-roofing our villa. He managed the job extremely well given we had just come out of lockdown and the weather was also starting to turn.
    Tee did a couple of site visits and talked the job through with me. He is clearly an experienced roofer and he was able to solve any problems quickly and without any dramas. This involved managing some remedial building work with other contractors.
    He arrived when he said he would and worked extremely hard to finish the job. He… doesn't waste a minute of time when he's on site either.

    The roof looks fantastic and we were more than happy with the value for money.

    The other thing we were impressed with was that Tee had lots of contacts for other services required around the job. They also proved to be good operators and great value for money. For example he was able to source an extremely well-priced scaffolding supplier.

    I would happily recommend Tee for a roofing job.    "

    "I have hired this Roof NZ re-roof my house on Great South Road. It is only two months we come to the rainy season, we found the roof leak again. He wrongly flashing the roof and inviting water into the house and he refuses to repair. During the job, I have to help onsite with tools and food. He nailed twice into the power cable caused power shortage and I have to hire the electrician for emergency repair, he refused to pay for his fault. After the job, plenty of nails left onsite, my tenants… have been complaining their children can't go back to play on the ground. I have to arrange the clean up. One carbonate door has been damaged while he taking off the old roof and tenants' outdoor lightings has been damaged too. He put a water pipe on top of the roof says that is the chimney until I find a builder told me that it is unprofessional. I requested him to fit a proper chimney for 2 months I never hear back from him. Now water leaks into the house, he refused to come to repair. I bet there are many more people who have suffered loss from this person I encourage you to stand up and speak loud to others to help other people not get mislead. Please do not hire this person!!! I will see you at court for all my damages."

Firstly, we do not replace or install chimneys and we have not yet been paid for all of the work we were commissioned to do. Additionally when the job was completed in February 2020, you messaged us that you were very happy with the job. When we received a call from you on Friday 26th june 2020 that you had a leak, I went to your place urgently the following day on Saturday 27th June 2020. I spoke to your tenant and they showed me where the leak was. I inspected the leak and found it was not from the roof or flashings at all - it was leaking from the side of the window where a weather board was missing. I sent you the photo of where the leak was happening and explained it to you. Also if you remember, you had an electrician working at your place putting a new extractor fan for your bathroom, which had nothing to do with us. We were not made aware of any damages to your door. You never told us anything about that until now. In terms of cleaning up the site of any left over screws or rubbish. I have been to your place 5 times already to check but found nothing as we clean every job once the work is completed. We take great pride in what we do and would like to remedy this situation with you, to both of our satisfaction. "

    "Brilliant work Tee. Thanks so much for doing a great job on our roof. We got quoted a fortune by some companies who said we’d have to replace the whole roof, but you fixed and replaced the problem tiles instead and sealed and painted it instead. It looks amazing and at a reasonable price.

    I can’t recommend this company enough. Tee did a great job, really quick and efficient. And he left the property as he found it, taking all the rubbish with him.

    "We have approached a couple of roofers including Tee, but the other roofers stated the need of scaffolding.

    We have approached Tee to attend to ridge tile pointing, adjusting flashing as necessary and gutter cleaning for the whole roof in our two-storey house. After the initial contact over the phone, he turned up at as soon as he could, to inspect the site to suggest the work schedule and process. He was the real doctor we had who diagnosed all the symptoms accurately and explained what… should be done clearly. Once his charge was agreed, he turned up to commence the work promptly. As the rain was predicted for the second day of work, he worked long hours to complete the job and leaving some hours to dry it up. He also fixed a couple of other issues. In the end, he picked up all the debris and kept the place neat and tidy.

    We would call him as roof doctor who is an expert in this subject and took all health and safety precautions. He is highly competitive with down to earth personality. A genuine guy. We would undoubtedly recommend Tee for anyone who intends to repair the roof. So, consult the roof doctor, the first????.    "

    "I contacted a few roofing contractors to take a look at our roof as it needed a bit of work. Some did not bother to call back, others said I had to do a full replacement. Tee came a look and showed us the roof was in good condition, it just need a new paint and new chip coating. He did an excellent job, attention to detail. There was an issue with the kitchen vent, he even replaced this. Very happy, will get Tee back in a few years for our regular roof maintenance. Highly recommended. "

    "Tee was excellent - he went round and did an inspection when he said he was going to and then did the work when he said he was going to. He repaired rotten wood and checked gutters to make sure they didn't need replacing. His fee was reasonable for the work done - we got a few other quotes that were three times the amount of Tee's. His work is well priced and delivered when he says it will get done. If you are getting your roof replaced, give Tee a call."

    "We placed the ad on No Cowboys and within 24hrs Tee had responded. He came round on a Sunday to look at our concrete tile roof and flashing. He made some suggestions and recommendations inline with other roofers and quotes we got. He quoted on moss removal, cleaning , repointing, sealing, painting and fixed our flashing. Tee sent through his quote 24hrs later. It was within pricing from other quotes. Tee turned up when he said and finished when he said. He left our house very clean and tidy… with no rubbish left. He even cleaned and painted the inside of our gutters at no charge. He was also very considerate with our sleeping baby and nap times. Tee is very easy to deal with and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend Tee to do anyone’s roof."

    "I contacted 4 different roofers to give me a quote. Two replied. I accepted RoofNZ. Tee turned up on time every day and worked very late on the last day picking up the old roofing iron. I had a problem finding a builder to do some preparation work but found that impossible. The only one who came said it was too dangerous and refused. Tee did it himself, saving me hundreds of dollars, and refusing to take extra money even though it took him an extra day to do the work. Even though my roof… was a very tricky one, with chimneys and dormer windows, he did a very fine job."

    "This is the easiest feedback I could ever place. Tee re roofed and replaced all gutters on our houses (duplex). He came to view and quote the job on a weekend which was brilliant as we work full time. His was not the only quote we received but he was the cheapest and quoted for the same work and using the same products as every other company. I found out he had done some work for a neighbour recently and on speaking with them they fully endorsed his work. For them he fixed a leak they had… had for 4 years and 3 other companies hadn't been able to fix.

    As for us Tee started work on the day we requested and has done a brilliant job, his work ethic is second to none and some other people could take note.

    He started on a Saturday and worked every day (sometimes 12 hours) until the job was completed. He swept everything clean and removed all debris from the property. Our neighbours have commented on how great the new roof and gutters look. We will be getting Tee back to replace the roof on our garage in the future.

    "Tee was exceptional. He came and gave us a quote virtually immediately. The price was very fair and the quality of work was exceptional. I have never met a more hard working man. He removed the whole roof sections at a time so there was no issue of waterproofing and took al the scrap iron away with him. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. The job was fast as well it took him only 2 days to replace the entire roof and the flashings and work around a chimney that had had a flashing… replaced. He was able to use the new flashing and put it back on the roof."

    "Tee came this afternoon to repair my roof - two ridge tiles had come off in the storm, and a further two tiles were broken. After spending half an hour ringing roofers who were busy, a colleague recommended I called Tee.

    "Tee promptly replied my phone message (unlike the other two roofers I contacted at the same time), and was able to come the same day and fix the leak in my roof. While there, he informed me of other repairs which needed to be made, and noted that whoever had fixed the guttering 1 year ago had done a rough job, and had left broken concrete up on the roof so I wouldn't notice. I was very impressed by Tee and would get him to do repairs again. I plan to get him to do my roof work in future."

    "The morning after the storm hit Auckland to find two large holes in the roof where the tiles had lifted and water running into our house.
    I rang Edward & Hardy who have maintained our roof for the last 20yrs, they said they will not do any repairs for us but are willing to quote for a new roof.
    I then turned to no cowboys and Tee was the first number, he was on a job and came a few hours later, he went straight on to the roof and put the tiles back.
    I asked him if he re-roofed and he… said yes but there was nothing wrong with the roof it just had some tiles that lifted in the storm.

    I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am he really saved us from more damage, nothing was a problem just found the issue and fixed it quickly, I urge you if you need anyone for roofing call Tee, honest, knowledgeable and reliable.

    I will pass his details to everyone I know.

    "Replaced a concrete tile that had just about cracked in half. I kept being given 2-3 week time frames by other companies. Work was done within the day, looks solid, no further leaks and no damage done to surrounding tiles.This could have turned into a serious problem if not for Tee. Definitely would recommend."
